 Age: My age is 13 years old. And I am very mature for my age. I don't judge upon the age. My preference is the maturity.

 In what ways can you help the server:  I believe I can help the servers community and bring players. Not make any of the others players feel bored. And I can bring an enthusasim like no other.

 Why should we choose you: Well I want to become staff on brutal because, I Have loads of experience I've actually been staff on urban hcf which had around 170-200 players on at a time. And i believe i can bring positivity and a good community into this server. I am very experienced and know what to do in most situations As i am going to explain. Hacking: I'm going to be using Player1 and Players2 (Player2 is the hacker). Player1 shouts "Player2 is hacking" I will warn them of hackusations because this may make the hacker toggle, Because he is aware players have found out. But in this case, I will spectate the player just in case he has hacks, I will record me spectating him. If i see he's clearly hacking, and have enough evidence i will ban him. But if he's fishy and i'm not 100% sure i will screenshare him. Before hand i will tell him if he wants to admit to make life much easier but if he denies to a hacked client I will approach him in a friendly manor and explain to him he needs to download join.me, And i will explain that it isn't a virus. And help him. Whilst this screen share i will be looking for a hacked client. maybe if its an injected client i can find it, a ghost client i can find it. I know the sizes of all mods, So they cant hide there hacked client. If someone was spamming ridiclous messages i would mute them for about 5-10 minutes. If after this timeperioid and they are still spamming i will just increase there spam for about 5-10 minutes each time. If a player was being toxic and very disrepsectful to staff I will give them a warning first, If they have bypassed this warning i will mute them for about 30minutes-1hour. If after this and they carry on i will give them a mute for 2 days. So in result of my experience i can bring a staff team that knows what to do, So players dont say or feel "The staff is rubbish here", I will not be afk, always online and trying to involve players, I will be friendly warm and welcoming to all players to make them feel good about themselves.
Also, i am enthusastic and commited to my job, never will abuse my powers, and just help the commuinty by giving my 100%. I know loads of moderator commands. I never have a temper, I can always control anger, And never take things out on normal players. And i'm not one of those staffmembers who compares themselves over normal players just because i am staff member, I will treat all players in a Respectful Manor, I will not ever think i am better than other players. I will try to involve people, and just be enthusastic, And have fun with players. I will not make enimes and be disrespectful to any players under any circumstances. i will be active, and not favorite other players, maybe just because they are my friend, I will try and make the community feel warm, And help new players and welcome them! I feel like I have the skills necessary to moderate a server and keep the server clean from any rule breakers. I am a great people person and I get along with most people and I am a very likeable person, and I try my best to help people out when they need it. I spend most of my time on my computer so I can be on urban most of the day, excluding the obvious 7 hours I'm at school. I like to focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved.
