Act 1 - Setup
	•	Scene 1 - Twilight
	◦	Twilight checking off $item from The Mater List. Perhaps have something silly?
	◦	Looks through other items, sees: Go on First Date
	◦	Panics because it's something she missed. maybe that part of the list got crinkled and she just missed it?
	◦	Does research, comes up with lists of pros and cons for all of her friends
	◦	Dash is chosen as best match -- maybe her criteria is based on romantic comedies? Or just romances in general.
	▪	Well. I think I'm going to have Twi like the loyal/honest qualities in Dash AND AJ, but she chooses Dash. I need to be subtle, but I want her to already liek Dash a bit and she kinda makes up skewed excuses to pick Dash.
	•	Scene 2 - Dash
	◦	Twilight just out and out surprises Dash by asking her out. At first Dash is just confused.
	◦	Dash is impressed with Twi's straightforwardness/confidence. Poke fun at other ship fics?
	◦	Dash has never really turned her mind to the real possibility of herself being in a romantic relationship. Fans and ponies who love her awesomeness yes, but a romantic attraction to her has never crossed her mind
	◦	I like Dash needs a while to think and talks to AJ. AJ can help her realize what this means (were it real). After she decides that she'll say yes -> giddiness
	◦	Dash says yes and is looking forward to this. More excited than Twilight.
	▪	I MUST get this across: Dash likes and is super excited about having somepony like her romantically.
	▪	Dammit I could go into some much background here. 7 days kits. 7 days
	•	Scene 3 - Party
	◦	Short - Dash tells Twi, we get reactions


Act 2 - Dash Falls in Love
2.1 - Twilight PoV
	•	Spike is asleep by the time she gets home. He's been chased by the CMC dragon catchers all day.
	•	Twilight is going to use Dash's plan of seeing the Daring Do play/liveaction thing in Canterlot.
	◦	She'll resolve to buy tickets in the morning.
	•	Use this time to also think about how great it is that Rainbow is helping her with her plan.
	•	She'll grab one of the books (need Title?) and read it
	◦	Reflect on how it's weird she likes these so much
	◦	Not the best writing
	◦	Must be the character of Daring herself
	▪	Show Twi's latent crush on Dash through Daring's attributes
	•	She'll fall asleep dreaming of Daring rescuing her from a mineshaft or something. Only it's Daring Dash.

2.2 - Twi Pov?
	•	Twilight is going over her notes and checklist mentally--it's totally not real
	•	Dash is excited - infectious excitement. Twilight was set to just enjoy the show, but now she's actually eager for it.
	◦	If split PoV, Dash did her hair up again. She's allowed to look nice! Otherwise, Twilight will just be shocked at her mane
	•	Dinner and a Show
	•	During the course of the show, Dash will be pretty physical. If I use split PoV, she'll see another couple and emulate them. If not, she'll be physical (she is a physical pony) and Twilight will see the other couple and emulate some of the things they are doing. Marvelling at how into her role Rainbow is.
	◦	She will have to remind herself, it's just for science at least once
	◦	Will allow herself to think it's real for just a few more minutes
	•	The two will walk out of the play totally geeking out about Daring
	•	Twilight decides it can't hurt to pretend it's real for just a little longer

2.3 - Dash PoV

2.4? May not need -- few days later? She's been busy on $OTHER PROJECT, Dash is behind on the weather
	•	Twi, Rarity, Fs at the spa
	•	PROBLEM: Twi still thinks it's pretend. How can she not let this slip?
	◦	The only thing I can think of, is Twi still wants to pretend it's real to herself and explicitly doesn't mention it
	•	Rarity wants to know all the romantic things (they didn't do) and keeps hinting that she really wants to help.
	•	Shy gives Twi the idea to study up on the Wonderbolts?
	◦	Twi will actually get into this at somepoint, with gusto

Act 3 - ?, =(, :D
	•	Scene -1 - SCC

	•	Go over the highlights from the Date with Pinkie. Dash is still really excited
	◦	Show was awesome
	◦	Twilight was awesome
	◦	Pinkie is excited
	▪	Dash is excited
	▪	Pinkie is excited
	▪	Recursion
	◦	Bouncing is required
	◦	Loop-the-loop and other physical signs of excitement
	•	Dash reflects on how great it was seeing that with Twilight and how their geeking out was at least 20% cooler
	•	Points out how she always thought plays were boring until Twi showed her books?
	•	Pinkie to throw another party to celebrate Successful relationship!

This bit changed SO MUCH I just deleted it. The planning was re-done in IRC chat logs and on postit notes at the office.


Epilogue
	•	Twi feels stupid
	•	Dash is amused
	•	Public Ice skating, Twi SUCKS at it and has to hang all over Dash, who is pro
	•	Twi comments about how bad she is and how can Dash stand to have her hanging all over her and dragging her down in front of others.
	•	Dash admits that this was pretty much her goal -- Twilight having to hang all over her for an evening
	•	need sappy/sweet line to exit on
