  251. - Go right and fight the 10 Jabbi squad using Flurrie
  252. - Jump down and get the Blue Key

  254. - Backtrack to the bubble room
  255. - Jump down and get the Thunder Rage from the bush to the right
  256. - Leave the 11 Punies here and return to the cells
  257. - Unlock the blue cell to free the 90 trapped Punies

  259. - Backtrack to the bubble room again
  260. - Jump to the pipe in the room after the cells to keep all 91 Punies with you as you transition
  261. - Blow the 91 Punies across the gap
  262.  
  263. - Jump down to the pipe again to keep all 101 Punies through the room transition
  264. - Head left using Flurrie to stun the Pider
  265. - Switch to Koops and use him to reveal the hidden block under Damage Dodge P (alternativly, you can hammer the hidden block from the platform.)
  266. - Use the block to jump across to the left, skipping the second Pider
  267. - Switch back to Flurrie and use her in the 100 Jabbi squad fight

  269. Goombella buffer into the right loading zone in the room after the Jabbi fight. Move right until you can hear a collision noise when moving against the north wall in paper mode. Switch from up to up-left and release R to clip onto the seam. Maneuver around to the left side of the Puni Orb pedestal and drop down to the pipe on the stump.

  271. - Jump to the pipe in the next room with all 101 Punies
  272.  
  273. Either use Koops to hit Blue switch in water room, or jump across the platforms in the lower room to keep the Punies with you as you enter the pipe to the basement. If you use Koops, return and take the Punies over the lily pads.

  275. - Place the Puni Orb in the pedestal leading to the lowest room in the Tree
  276. - If you're low on health, there is a Mushroom in a bush here
  277. - Place the Puni Orb in the center pedestal to trigger the first escape
  278. - Head up the right pipe (leave the Punies here)

  282. - During the first escape, go right at the narrow path room and get the Super Boots

  424. - Get the Black Key in the shed
  425. - Unlock the back room in the shop
  426. - Unlock the Black Chest to get the Tube Curse
  427. - Take the Boo Sheet and Jamin' Jelly (and the Life Shroom if you lost the one from Hooktail Castle)

  429. - Exit the shop normally, or use Flurrie to superslide on the back room door to fall out of bounds and back to the Twilight Trail entrance

  431. - Use tube mode to move through the next three screens
  432. - Use the Jamin' Jelly under the fallen log (also switch to Flurrie if you didn't for the shop superslide)
  433. - Use Flurrie to blow away the haystack

  435. - Walk through the next two screens, using Flurrie to open a path in the tree trunk
  436. - Use Flurrie to reveal a floor panel on the following screen
  437. - Swap to Koops in the background and push the rock
  438. - Proceed to Creepy Steeple

  440. - If you are not in peril, drop down into the well and take damage from the Buzzy Beetle, then run away
  441. - Use tube mode to bypass the gate
  442. - Enter Creepy Steeple
  443. - Push the statue at the right side of the room
  444. - Fall down and release the Boos (choose the first option)
  445. - Return to the first room of Creepy Steeple

  524. - Get a Coconut in the background on the screen with the bridge
  525. - Take the Coconut back to the village and trade it with Flavio for the Chuckola Cola
  526. - Take the Chuckola Cola back to Bobbery

  528. - Bobbery joins your party

  530. - Goombella buffer onto the back seam and walk around to the right side
  531. - Throw Bobbery into the skull rock
  532. - Move back in bounds and walk against the rock in paper mode before Bobbery explodes to cutscene walk into Pirate's Grotto

  534. - Use tube mode to jump over the water and get the Gate Handle
  535. - Use Yoshi to cross the floor spikes
  536. - Line up at the very front of the bridge with Yoshi and hover around the Bill Blasters
  537. - Go up the cliffs and head left, using Bobbery to hit the blue switch
  538. - Switch to Koops and use him to hit the red switch
  539. - Get the key and unlock the locked door at the base of the cliffs

  541. - Use tube mode to roll beneath the wall spikes
  542. - Roll across the next room in tube mode
  543. - Use Bobbery to blast away the wooden planks (switch to him in tube mode)
  544. - You can dodge the first set of Bill Blasters by using paper mode on the north wall
  545. - You can dodge the second set by doing the same on the south wall
  546. - Talk to black chest inside the wrecked ship
  547. Embers
  548. - Mario: First Strike Ultra Hammer Spin
  549. - Mario: Thunder Rage

  551. - Get the Black Key and unlock the Black Chest to get the Boat Curse
  552. - Use boat mode to cross back across to the right
  553. - Entering the loading zone in paper mode allows you to avoid the encounter with the Bill Blasters
  554. - If you're not in peril, get first struck by the Bullet Bills until you are under 4 HP (the single star point obtained by both Bullet Bills running into you will not affect the leveling in this route)
  555. - Roll into tube mode and jump over the second set of Bill Blasters
  556. - Roll through the next two rooms in tube mode

  558. - Return to the room with the floodgate, use the Gate Handle
