You must open an elevated(admin) command prompt.
Enter in these lines one at a time:

Office 2013 normal install:

cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:KMS.HOST.IP
cscript ospp.vbs /act

Office 2013 x86 in Win x64:

cd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office15"
cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:KMS.HOST.IP
cscript ospp.vbs /act

Replace the XX's with a VL key:
ProPlusVL: YC7DK-G2NP3-2QQC3-J6H88-GVGXT
StandardVL: KBKQT-2NMXY-JJWGP-M62JB-92CD4

Replace KMS.HOST.IP with an online KMS server:

Congratulations, your Microsoft product is now activated for 180 days (6 months).
To extend activation re-run these commands as many times as you like.
