As a follow up to this topic - URL, there are a few specific guidelines and notes to the admins.

Conduct as an admin:

1. Your duty is to speak to the players and the staff with respect, and without condescension. You are not better than anyone else in the community. This is one of the dirty offenses which team member can do. Such behavior of disparage people who have less premissions than you isn't acceptable and doesn't represents its views of the server management.

2. Each team member has the obligation to handle in complete equality for all the players. Equality is a fundamental value for the community existence. Admins who would discriminate people/clans/groups in our community wouldn't stay here.

3. Quarrels between team members are not acceptable. By this rule, players who will quarrel in mutual recriminations and accusations and insults towards each other-both will be punished. Such childish behavior like this is not acceptable. The server team are supposed to be an example for the players, and each other. However, if you have any problem with another staff members, you can always solve it out using our server management personally.

4. If someone tries to provoke you, to stimulate your urge and quarrel you, just stay calm and don't respond.

5. Each staff member has an obligation to behave representativeness and adulthood. Please speak understandably, act, talk and write maturely.

6. Admin won't flood the regular or the admins chat.

7. Fighting each other at the main chat infront of all the players will lead you to be heavily punished. Do you have a problem? Take care of it together in the TS server or talk about it in the admins chat.


Abusing your power:
Admin won't abuse his premissions for his own. A few examples:

1. Do not teleport anyone without his approval.
3. Do not abuse your premissions to get any kind of information you need.
5. Do not kick/ban/mute player without any justified reason.
6. Do not kick/ban/mute another staff members.
7. Do not disturb the players during the game without a good reason.
8. Do not slay any kind of player without justified reason or for your own.

Again, admins wouldn't take advantage of his premissions to personal profit. Your premissions are intended to promote the server not to harm him. Keep that in mind that anyone who will caught performing such things would lose a lot of my respect for him and he will probably won't stay in here.

כהמשך לאשכול הזה - URL, ישנם מספר הנחיות והערות ספציפיות לאדמינים.

התנהלות כאדמין:
1. מחובתכם לדבר אל שחקני השרת וחבריי הצוות בכבוד, בגובה העיניים וללא התנשאות. אתם לא טובים / מורמים מאף אחד כאן בקהילה.
זו אחת העבירות הגסות שחבר צוות יכול לעשות. התנהגות כזו של זלזול באנשים שיש להם פחות גישות ממך לא מקובלת ולא מייצגת את השקפותיה של הנהלת השרת.
2. על כל חבר צוות מוטלת החובה להתייחס בשוויון מוחלט כלפי כל שחקני השרת.
ערך השוויון הוא בסיסי כדי שקהילה תתקיים. אדמין אשר יפלה אנשים / קלאנים / קבוצות בקהילה לא יהיה כאן.
3. מריבות בין חבריי צוות לא באות בחשבון. על ידי חוק זה, שחקנים אשר יקלעו למריבה שבה יטיחו האשמות והעלבות אחד כלפי השני - ייענשו שניהם.
אין מקום להתנהגות ילדותית כזו. חבריי צוות אמורים לשמש דוגמה לשחקנים השרת, והן אחד לשני.
4. במידה ואתם מבחינים בניסיון של חבר צוות או שחקן רגיל בקהילה להתגרות בכם, לעורר את היצר שלכם ולריב אתכם - תתאפקו.
זה שלא יגיב ופשוט ידווח - ינצח. ובגדול.
5. על כל חבר צוות מוטלת החובה לנהוג בייצוגיות ובבגרות.
התנהגות ילדותית מעידה על חבר צוות ילדותי, על הנהלה ילדותית ועל קהילה ילדותית. מאחוריכם יש בסך הכל עוד שני שלבי ילדות כדי להגיע למסקנה שהקהילה כולה ילדותית.
נא להתבטא בצורה מובנת, להתנהג בצורה בוגרת והן לכתוב ולדבר בצורה מאופקת.
6. אדמין לא יציף בצאט הרגיל \ באדמין צא'ט.
7. אדמין אשר יקלל אדמין אחר ויריב עם חבר צוות אחר בצא'ט הראשי מול כל השחקנים יירד 2 רמות במקומו. יש לכם בעיה או ריב? גשו לשרת הדיבור לחדר לבד או לדבר באדמין צא'ט.
8. השתדלו תמיד לרשום ללא שגיאות כתיב.

ניצול האדמין:
אין על האדמין לנצל את גישותיו למטרות אישיות. להלן מספר קצר של דוגמאות(שימו לב כי ישנם עוד מקרים אך הם לא מצויינים פה):
1. אין להשתגר לאדמין / שחקן ללא הסכמתו.
3. אין לשגר שחקן / אדמין ללא ידיעתו ואישורו.
4. אין לנצל את ההרשאות שברשותכם בשביל להשיג מיידע שאתם צריכים.
5. אין לבצע פיצוץ על אדמין אחר סתם לכייף או בשביל מטרות אישיות.
6. אין לתת קיק \ באן \ מיוט למישהו שאתם שונאים בלי סיבה מוצדקת.
7. אין לתת קיק \ באן \ מיוט לאדמין אחר.
8.  אין להפריע לשחקנים במהלך המשחק ללא סיבה מוצדקת.
9. בשום פנים ואופן אין לבצע SLAY על שחקנים אחרים ללא סיבה מוצדקת ולמטרות אישיות.

שוב, בגדול אדמין לא ינצל את הגישות שלו למטרות רווח אישיות. הגישות נועדו על מנת לקדם את השרת ולא על מנת לפגוע בו.
תזכרו את זה כי מי שייתפס מבצע דברים כאלה יאבד המון את ההערכה שלי כלפיו וקרוב לוודאי שהוא לא יישאר בתפקיד.
