MM 100% Glitchless (4 Cycles, Aliens Cycle 3) WIP

- cycle 4 will get swamp tingle maps before bad bat HP + swamp shooting
- exiting elegy and then going to ST is slightly faster than soaring to ikana in a different cycle, so best to do elegy cycle 3 instead of cycle 2 to save bomb shop trip as well

- gilded sword saves 10-11s over razor sword on gecko fight in GBT (JS, freeze, JS vs JS, freeze, JS, freeze, quickspin). Gilded also saves time on Odolwa and snappers in woodfall map room. Even though gilded and frog HP are in different trips to mountain village, it works out well because gilded saves time (and is necessary since had to deposit razor sword earlier) in GBT and woodfall (need sword to get princess). Also, instead of playing SoDT to day 3 in mountain village, it is played in grave which saves 7s.
