  2.
  3. Nidoking and Nidoqueen are actually D-Rank, but have their reasoning posted here because that's how it was in the original pastebin.
  4.
  5. Abomasnow-Mega: Threatening dual STABs, weather canceller, has strong Ice-type priority, and immense bulk. Blizzard is very spammable since Tyranitar, Hippowdon, and Politoed are threatened by STAB Energy Ball/Giga Drain and will be hesitant to switch in. Held down by a plethora of weaknesses and low Speed.
  6.
  7. Aerodactyl: Lead Taunt Stealth Rocks set can anti-lead Azelf, 130 Speed is great, has Tailwind for team support and Fire Blast to get rid of Steels.
  8.
  9. Arcanine: Pretty swell offensive coverage and a niche defensive set.
  10.
  11. Cacturne: Offensive Life Orb w/ Sword Dance|Sucker Punch|Drain Punch|Seed Bomb is pretty threatening and powerful. Water Absorb allows it to be a great answer to bulky Waters and can check Choice-locked Keldeo.
  12.
  13. Crobat: Has base 130 Speed, checks Fairies, fast Taunt, Defog, Roost, Infiltrator, and good pivot with U-turn. Pretty weak, but Super Fang can cheese switch-ins like Metagross-Mega.
  14.
  15. Ditto: Best Revenge Killer, but not a reliable team slot. Faces competition between other Scarfers and priority mons.
  16.
  17. Doublade: Walls some prominent wallbreakers in OU, though it's deadweight outside of that.
  18.
  19. Durant: Deceptively good wallbreaker with way more immediate power and Speed than Scizor. Issues stem from Hustle misses and having less bulk than Scizor, especially on the Special side. Also wishes it was slightly faster so it could beat Base 110s.
  20.
  21. Exploud: Muscles past everything with STAB + Specs Boomburst backed by Scrappy. Great coverage, but can really only work in Trick Room.
  22.
  23. Galvantula: Fast Sticky Web user with good offensive coverage, though it can be shut down easily by Mega Magic Bouncers and is often forced to lead due to bad defenses.
  24.
  25. Gogoat: Has cool sweeping potential because it has pretty decent coverage with Horn Leach + Earthquake, and it's pretty bulky with reliable recovery. It's gonna struggle with stuff like Talonflame and special Fire/Ice mons (has Rock Slide though), but not many of those are durable enough to keep up with some builds.
  26.
  27. Heliolisk: Exceptional coverage and a great answer to Waters w/ Dry Skin. Held back by troll Speed tier of 109.
  28.
  29. Jolteon: Exceptional Speed tier, though largely overshadowed by Raikou and Manectric-Mega as an offensive Electric-type. Forces a lot of switches so it can pass Substitutes, which is also good for safe scouting.
  30.
  31. Krookodile: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/oras-ou-viability-ranking-thread-v3-read-post-742-page-30.3536420/page-37#post-6250749
  32.
  33. Ludicolo: Satisfactory Swift Swimmer; has great coverage but overshadowed by more popular abusers.
  34.
  35. Machamp: 100% accurate Dynamicpunch must say something; pair it with Thunder Wave spam and we have ourselves something that transcends even Swagger, people! Slightly shitty Conkeldurr otherwise.
  36.
  37. Moltres: Choice Specs Hurricane in Rain is insane, though a double Stealth Rock weakness is hindering.
  38.
  39. Nidoking: Unparalleled offensive coverage + priority, Sheer Force + Life Orb amplifyies its damage output, and has a good offensive and defensive typing. Speed and bad defenses make it a liability against offensive teams, especially since priority move is non-STAB Sucker Punch (which doesn't get boosted by Sheer Force).
  40.
  41. Nidoqueen: Good defensive tank that can lay hazards and tailor-made coverage to handle what your team is troubled with. Mediocre bulk for a defensive mon is an issue.
  42.
  43. Ninetales: Only other viable Sun inducer that can hold Heat Rock.
  44.
  45. Poliwrath: Rest|Sleep Talk|Scald|Circle Throw with Water Absorb lets it beat Weavile, Bisharp, Scizor, etc.
  46.
  47. Porygon-Z: Very powerful with great set up moves, coverage, and abilities, but somewhat frail.
  48.
  49. Registeel: Just search up replays of user will-i-am2. It's a great defensive mon with decent support options and stats that allow it to tank Fairies and Dragons comfortably.
  50.
  51. Shedinja: Potentially walls quite a lot in OU, but necessitates a way to deal with hazards and Sand to not be useless.
  52.
  53. Sigilyph: Life Orb attacker with Magic Guard to avoid recoil and Stealth Rock damage, plus it has great coverage and passable Speed.
  54.
  55. Slurpuff: Unburden + Belly Drum lets it clean relatively well. Good coverage and survivability with Drain Punch, plus it has Cotton Guard and Aromatherapy to ease set up.
  56.
  57. Snorlax: Essentially an offensive Chansey, has great bulk and coverage, Assault Vest and Curse are viable. Slow with a less than average defensive typing and unreliable recovery.
  58.
  59. Steelix-Mega: Inferior Aggron-Mega, but has STAB Earthquake and is nice against opposing Sand.
  60.
  61. Stoutland: Sand Rush sweeper that pairs well with Hippowdon as opposed to Excadrill + Hippowdon. Quite powerful and good coverage with Choice Band Return|Superpower|Play Rough and utility Pursuit. However, needing to hold a Choice Band to sweep makes it easier for opponents to check/revenge compared to Excadrill.
  62.
  63. Stunfisk: Bird check and Electric switch-in. Good utility in Stealth Rock + Yawn with dual STABS to accommodate. Yawn in general is great to force switches.
  64.
  65. Swellow: There was an entire page of debate on this in viability thread with substantial support; fast with strong STAB moves but struggles with Steels.
  66.
  67. Tornadus: Prankster Tailwind and has use on some hyper offense builds, though largely overshadowed in part by its Therian form.
  68.
  69. Uxie: Has a niche over Azelf as a suicide Screens lead due to access to Memento, and is also a much more viable Trick Room setter thanks to its speed. Access to Yawn allows it to force switches or put something to Sleep, which other Stealth Rock setters can't do.
  70.
  71. Venomoth: Only viable mon that can Quiver Dance Pass. Access to Sleep Powder to ease set up and Tinted Lens for some offensive presence. Wonder Skin can allow it to BS past some mons trying to stop the pass with Taunt, like Thundurus.
  72.
  73. Virizion: Faster than Belly Drum Chesnaught and more immediately threatening. Interesting balance breaker and a solid Speed tier w/ great Special Defense. Life Orb with Swords Dance is effective once it gets a boost.
  74.
  75. Weezing: Great Defense, Ground immunity is gives it one weakness (Psychic), can spread Burns and lay up Toxic Spikes. Nice defensive tank that can beat most notable Steels and Fairies.
  76.
  77. Xatu: Overshadowed by other Magic Bouncers, but less of an opportunity cost since it isn't a Mega with decent support options that lets it beat many hazard setters.
  78.
  79. Yanmega: Great ability and good power, though it needs team support since it has to forgo certain Hidden Power types. Double Stealth Rock weakness also sucks.
  80.
  81. Zoroark: Interesting ability that can be paired with a mon that can lure its checks and counters. Can't touch Fairies for crap though.
