Can consistently win top tournaments, even without using a secondary.
The matchup spread is very favorable.

S+ Tier
Equivalent to Sheik and Marth in SSBM
Can consistently win top tournaments.
Generally favorable matchup spread, though there may be some minor issues.
Vote value is 2.
S Tier
Equivalent to Jigglypuff and Peach in SSBM
Can win big tournaments, but there are major problems using it alone in top tournaments.
While generally favorable matchup spread, secondary is almost required due to some issues.
Vote value is 3.
S- Tier
Equivalent to Captain Falcon or Ice Climbers in SSBM
Consistently places high in major tournaments, though has problems winning.
Vote value is 4.
A+ Tier
Equivalent to Doctor Mario and Pikachu in SSBM
Can place high in competant hands.
Vote value is 5.
A Tier
Equivalent to Samus and Ganondorf in SSBM
Can place high in competant hands, though has some problems doing so.
Significant issues if used alone. May have more use as counterpicking.
Vote value is 6.
A- Tier
Equivalent to Luigi and Mario in SSBM
Has potential to place high, but requires a very competant player as there are significant issues in the way.
Vote value is 7.
B+ Tier
Equivalent to Young Link, Link, DK, and Yoshi in SSBM.
Even in competant hands, generally does not place high in tournaments, even minor ones.
There may be situational uses.
Vote value of 8.
B- Tier
Equivalent to Zelda, Roy, Mewtwo, and Game & Watch in SSBM.
Even for rare situational use, requires a very competant player, even in minor tournaments.
Vote value of 9.
F Tier
Equivalent to F Tier in SSBM
Has almost no usefulness in tournament, even situationally, and certainly not for an entire match.

- FD, BF, Fountain, DL64, Yoshi's Story and PS2 are as-is (Ω, Ω, α, α, Ω, α); ΩDL64's windlessness generally draws from the interestingness of the stage, whilst the fixes from αYoshi'sStory to ΩYoshi'sStory are fixes that do nothing but improve the stage. ΩFountain generally sucks because of the fact that it is, in reality, a flat stage with a single platform placed wierdly.
- legality of ΩPS2 isn't very debatable, but it's preferred to use the original transforming one for variation
- ΩPrincess Peach's Flat can be used to replace FD
- ΩHightide at Great Bay can be used to replace FD
- ΩSkyrule is, if I remember correctly, slightly bigger in blast zones than FD, leading to rather long matches; legality debatable
- ΩYoshi's Island is considered legal thanks to 3.2.1 fixing ganon's incline glitch
- ΩCorneria is debatable. Only plausible issue is wall infinites.
- Mount Olymus, in both editions, has the issue of no ledges and a very tight and obscure camera
- ΩSmashville is definitely legal; the platform never leaves the stage and the blast zones aren't miniscule horizontally, erasing both the problems that plague Smash 4 Smashville
- ΩMute City and ΩBig Blue are both debatable; hazards and layout aren't _exactly_ an issue.
- ΩCranky's Treehouse is legal as of being fixed in 3.2.1
- ΩMKI and ΩMKII are considerably safe from being illegal; camping isn't much an issue on MKI
- αReversed Battlefield is 9 kinds of banned; it can be debated, though
- αWhispy's Battlegrounds is legal, and preferred to ΩPS2.
