Alright guys, this is the fake Facebook of Thulmir, I've been helping you guys out the past couple of days and there's been a few changes that Tabarn and I have made.

There will be three ranks for raiders:
- Officer: There will be three Officers, each one will function as a Role Leader for their respective role, i.e if I raided with you guys and was the Melee Leader, I'd be responsible for all the melee. This will function both ways, it's my job to advise Tabarn about where best spot for melee would be and if Tabarns strategy would be optimal or not for melee, similarly the melee I'm leading should whisper me if they have any concerns/ideas.

Core Raider: Core Raiders should make at the very least 85% attendance rate, 90-95 is the ideal rate. If you do not make at the very least 85% attendance over the course of a tier you will be demoted to Raider. Core Raiders will be given raid spots over Raiders if there is limited room (Very rarely will there be limited room though). You will be expected to follow the Summonstone guide for your spec or pull a minimum of a 30 percentile ranking (for your ilvl), as well as installing the required mods (DBM through the Curse client).

Raider: Raiders are more of a casual role in the guild, if they wish to come and there is room (almost always is), they're more than welcome to come along for some loot/fun. There is no bare minimum attendance rate.

Loot method will be doing /roll, loot will be /rolled and given to in this order: tier pieces > by trinkets > weapons > rings/necks/backs > armor.

One option that I've been considering and would be put to everyone is that we could have core raiders given an extra 5 or 10 on their /roll over normal raiders. I will put this to everyone on Thursday night though and let the majority decide, if at least 66% of the group agrees we'll make that a standard rule.
