- We have a lot of onomatopoeic words for the sounds we make while speaking, which aren’t really ‘words’ exactly
- “huh” and “hah” are different words
- “um” and “uh” are different sounds but are used the same way

- Uh-huh = yes/right
- Uh-oh = oops / something bad is about to happen
- - The intonation can be very important to understand these words.
