Paladins. They are Guardians, protectors, heros. In The Prologue paladins pledged an allegiance to a god in exchange for power to succeed in their never ending quest to smite evil, and all that partake from it's chalice

Slowly as the Prologue Concluded, the days of sword and shield ended and the paladins took to the shadows forever hidden away by obscurity and the fancy of fiction, as they heroic deeds of noble knights were consigned to the bindings of books and the prisons of film frames.

Paladins never truly stopped doing their jobs...The World will always need protectors and guardians of the innnocent. The age of Gunpowder and Grenades soon took hold. Orders of Paladins were ever present.  Berreta, Colt, Winchester, Smith and Wesson. The Gods have been long forgotten, but our heroes are still around, the brave knights still stand strong defending all who need it.
