The Throne Room is very large, you imagine that it could hold well over a hundred people comfortably. There is a raised dais at the far end of the room with the thrones on it, a regal curtain set up on the wall behind them. In the center of the right wall, a tall pair of double doors that stretch up nearly half the height of the room are set. You do not know where these lead. Checking behind some of the embroidered tapestries... most of them seem to have nothing apart from wall behind them, however one that you happen to check behind has a painting set in the wall. It's a medium sized scenic view of rolling hills. There is a shepherd on one of the hills in the distance, facing away from you. A few sheep graze in the fields.‏

She realizes this because she stumbles slightly when she goes to step down and her foot meets the floor, but she doesn't trip or fall. It's much too dark to see. There's no sound.‏

After another minute of going along cautiously, Momoe bumps into a wall. Fortunately she isn't going fast enough to hurt herself, and the bump actually seems to cause the Student ID tablet in her pocket to switch on. Light from the screen shines dimly from the book it's set in and through the fabric of Momoe's pocket. It isn't nearly enough to illuminate the entire room, but since her eyes have become accustomed to the pitch blackness it immediately provides enough dim light to see a little distance around her. What she can see of this corner of the room is plain and empty, but the small circle of light is enough to see a shadowy lump a small distance away. She realizes if she pulled the tablet out and opened it up it might provide enough light to see the entire room, though it would still be very dim.‏

Off to the library you go. The library is two stories, with stairs that wind up to the second floor. Everywhere you look are shelves filled to the brim with books. There's a chandelier hanging from the ceiling with rudimentary lights that provide just enough illumination that you'd be able to read comfortably, but still leave some shadowy corners around. Combined with the dark colored wood in the library it gives the room a dim feeling even though there's plenty of light really. Two tables with four chairs are set up in the center of the first floor, right beneath the chandelier. There are two chessboards on it, both fully set up as though ready for a game.‏
