double health

@AlphaQueUp_ I dunno if I agree with this approach. I think larger community should have say, otherwise you end up with ALTTP-tier decisions
@AlphaQueUp_ so what I'd do is start an SDA forum discussion about it. If anything should change its the lack of resets imo
@AlphaQueUp_ by BT's standards, it shouldn't get the double health because you don't get dragon kazooie
@AlphaQueUp_ which implies focus in the Banjo 100%s is permanent collectibles and not the rewards of them (ie, double health, opening doors)
@AlphaQueUp_ I don't agree w/that being the focus (I think double health + dragon kazooie should be included) but that = logical conclusion.
