  1. Easy Keto Chili

  3. 2 lbs ground pork
  4. 5 rashers bacon
  5. 3-4 pure beef sausages
  6. 1 can diced tomatoes
  7. 1/3 cup button mushrooms
  8. 2 tblspn or to taste cumin seeds
  9. 2 tblspn or to taste red chili powder mix
  10. 2 tblspn butter
  11. 1 tblspn coconut oil (or MCT oil of choice)
  12. 1/2 can chicken stock

  14. Optional: shredded cheese, sour cream

  16. Dice up the bacon, sausages, and mushrooms. Render the bacon, mix in butter and coconut oil, fry up the rest of the ingredients in a pressure cooker. Mix with cumin seeds, chili powder and stock, and cook until boiling. Lock on the pressure cooker's lid, cook on high for 5 minutes, then let simmer for 10. Allow pressure cooker to cool off before opening and serving.
