- Easy Keto Chili
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 5 rashers bacon
- 3-4 pure beef sausages
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup button mushrooms
- 2 tblspn or to taste cumin seeds
- 2 tblspn or to taste red chili powder mix
- 2 tblspn butter
- 1 tblspn coconut oil (or MCT oil of choice)
- 1/2 can chicken stock
- Optional: shredded cheese, sour cream
- Dice up the bacon, sausages, and mushrooms. Render the bacon, mix in butter and coconut oil, fry up the rest of the ingredients in a pressure cooker. Mix with cumin seeds, chili powder and stock, and cook until boiling. Lock on the pressure cooker's lid, cook on high for 5 minutes, then let simmer for 10. Allow pressure cooker to cool off before opening and serving.
- Add shredded cheddar and sour cream as desired.
