  4. Foreign Ministry Spokesman Badr Abdel-Atti reiterated on Sunday 11/1/2015 Egypt's support for France in fighting terrorism.

  6. Speaking to ON TV channel, he said the participation of Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry in the Paris march against terrorism reflects Egypt's unwavering support for France at this critical stage.

  8. Egypt has suffered a lot from terrorism and that is why it is keen on taking part in the march called for by French President Francois Hollande to condemn terrorism, the spokesman said.

  29. President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi extended condolences to his French counterpart Francois Hollande over the terrorist attack at the office of Charlie Hebdo magazine, Presidential Spokesman Alaa Yousef said.

  38. Adviser to Egypt's Mufti Ibrahim Negm asserted on Thursday that Islam totally rejects killing innocents under any pretext, condemning the terrorist attack on the Paris office of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

  40. In a statement issued by Egypt's top religious institution Darul Ifta, Negm said terrorism has no religion and its impact is not limited to specific communities.

  51. Egypt's Awqaf Ministry has urged the world's wise men to shoulder their responsibilities towards humanity by pooling efforts to fight terrorism.

  53. The ministry condemned vehemently in a statement the terrorist attack that targeted the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris and left 12 people dead.

  55. It said that Islam denounces all forms of extremism and terrorism, stressing that Islam is the religion of mercy.
