Our agents have tracked him since 02/25/2015, after a communication was intercepted relating to the Rosenberg Clinic and the location of a drop. [section 1] A second mention of the drop was made on 03/01/15. The transcript [section 2] was recorded by a field operative. The recipient of the call remains unknown. References made in the conversation suggest the location of a drop to be made by Subject  #SQ792K in the coming days.

First mention of drop on 02/25/2015. Intercepted message sent by email:

"Rosenberg report to be delivered in Boston. Details to follow."

Transcript from Boston, Mass, 16:27 EST 03/01/15 on Atlantic Ave. Subject used cell phone outdoors and spoke in a normal, unrushed tone"

"Hello, yes. [pause] Winston Chandler. Tell him its urgent. [pause] Good afternoon. [pause] Yes. The report is ready for you. It will be delivered in the coming week. [long pause] Yes. [pause] Yes. As we discussed before. [pause] I will give you the location via freenode. [pause] Yes, same channel as before. [pause]. Ok, Saturday evening at 6:30.  I'll expect payment as per our usual arrangements. [pause] Yes. [pause] Of course. Thank you."

Conclusion: The subject makes reference to "Freenode". Our asset within the clinic believed that Rosenberg was reporting to an unknown outside actor using a four-digit reference for the clinic. We suspect Subject #SQ792K may be in the employ of these same unknown interests.
