ACAB PUBLIC LICENSE AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION, AND MODIFICATION

DEFINITIONS:
a. "Software" refers to the software program or programs, including any modifications, enhancements, or derivative works thereof, provided under this License.
b. "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity exercising the rights granted under this License.

c. "Bastards" refers to Cops, Capitalists, and Landlords.

d. "Cops" refers to any individual or entity who acts as part of, on behalf of, or in the interests of any governmental organizations, police departments, law enforcement agencies, or any other entities engaged in surveillance, prosecution, detainment, incarceration, or any other law enforcement activities including, but not limited to your dad, Dale Cooper, the class traitors in the Paw Patrol, and especially your dad.

e. "Capitalists" refers to individuals or entities engaged in the accumulation and investment of capital for profit-oriented purposes, including, but not limited to:
  i. Any individual or entity owning or having discretionary access to capital or assets equaling or exceeding the value of one billion ($1,000,000,000) USD
  ii. Venture capital and other investment firms
  iii.  Any individual or entity that is presently engaging in or has in the past engaged in anti-union activities including but not limited to termination or other retaliation against union organizers, refusing or failing to meet or discuss unionization when requested, or any activity that discourages pro-worker speech, organization, or collective action.

d. "Landlords" refers to individuals or entities engaging in:
  i. The rental or leasing of real estate properties for financial gain
  ii. Otherwise withholding access to or use of unoccupied habitable housing for gain, financial or otherwise.

TERMS OF THE LICENSE:

This is a Software License Agreement (the "License") that grants you, the licensee, certain rights and permissions to use the software provided under this License (the "Software"). The terms and conditions of this License also apply to any modifications, enhancements, or derivative works created from the Software.

GRANT OF LICENSE:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any non-Bastard obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the “Software”), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

This copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

RESTRICTIONS:
a. Prohibited Use:
  i. Use by a Bastard.
  ii. Use on behalf of or in the interest of a Bastard, even without the Bastard's knowledge or consent.

b. Distribution Restrictions: The Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise provide direct or indirect use of the Software to any Bastards

c. No Warranty or Support: The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.  The licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be free from defects or errors or that it will meet your specific requirements. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of the Software.

d. No Liability: The licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

INVALIDITY, NULLITY AND PARTIAL INEFFECTIVENESS.
If any clause of this License is declared to be, totally or partially, null and void, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or void, with the License continuing in effect in all other respects, as if such provision, or the part of it that is null and void, had never existed, EXCEPT in the case that any such invalidity, nullity, or partial ineffectiveness arises as a result of the term "Bastard". In that case, this License will continue in effect as if the term "Bastard" is replaced in all occurences with the term "Prohibited Entity".
