> you get out of bed and head downstairs
> you open the fridge, and see how little food is left inside
> enough cereal for one day
> you eat it, and finish the rest of your morning routine
> you put on your jacket, boots, and head out the door
“it’ll be great”, you tell yourself
“first day of school will go just fine”
> you head off to the bus stop
> two turns right, one turn left, 5 turns right, just like you practiced
“everything will be ok,” you tell yourself
> after all, you can’t be the only new student this year
> 5 min pass, and you are lost
> shit, where are you?
> you aren’t used to these new streets
> you look around, and see a pink girl across the street wearing a CHS backpack… skipping?
> you should ask her where you are
> you cross the street, thinking of what to say without sounding like the “new kid”
> distracted, a car suddenly turns out of nowhere and is coming towards you
> it stops right before it hits you, and honks loudly before driving away
> pink girl turns around, and sees you
> she rushes towards you
> PP: “oh my god, are you ok?”
“yeah, I’m fine, it didn’t hit me” you say, as you get out of the way, and walk onto the sidewalk
“hey, do you by any chance happen to know where the CHS bus stop is?”
> PP: “ooooh, so you’re the new kid!”
> smooth, anon. almost get hit by a car, and you’re the “new kid”
“sure, I guess”
> PP: “follow me, I’m going there anyways” she says with a huge smile
> you obey
> still disoriented from the car incident, you remain silent.
> PP: “soooo... what’s your name?”
“Anon. I’m from the city, I just moved here this summer”

> PP: “oh, that sounds fun! My name is Pinkie Pie”
“Thanks for helping me out by the way”
> PP: “oh, no problem! If you want, I can show you around the school”
“that sounds great”
> you walk for just a small bit, but you mostly remain quiet and keep to yourself
> PP: “we’re here!”
“awesome”
> you take a look at the street names so you don’t forget where the bus stop is
> then you have a look around the bus stop
> there are a few other students standing there, two girls and one guy
> one of the girls has long, wavy pink hair and is standing a good distance away from the others
> the other girl has some crazy blue hair with highlights
> the one with blue hair has headphones on, and is banging her head to the music
> the music is so loud that you can hear some of it from a distance
> the only other guy at the stop has green hair, is wearing a beanie hat, and looks at least twice your size
> PP: “hey fluttershy!”
> she runs over to the pink-haired girl, and you decide to follow
> PP: “this is the new kid that everyone’s talking about!”
> the big guy hears this and turns his head towards you briefly
> FS: “Uh… hi...” she says as she looks down and brushes her elbow
“hey, I’m anon, I moved here over the summer”
> FS: ”I’m….. fluttershy” she whispers
> you would have asked again for her name, but you heard pinky say it earlier
> you don’t know what to say so all of you stand awkwardly for about 10 seconds
> then the bus comes

> you get on last, right after pinkie pie
> she grabs an empty seat somewhere in the middle of the bus
> she smiles and motions you to sit down next to her
> she seems cool
> crazy, but cool
> you have a seat, and the bus starts to move
> PP: “So why did you move here?”
“My old school shut down, and moving here was the cheapest option”
> PP: “Shut down? Wow, what happened?”
“I’m not really sure, they didn’t say.”
“It was a very small school, maybe they ran out of money or something”
> PP: “I didn’t hear anything about other new kids, are you the only one who moved?”
“There really weren't a lot of people, and I guess most of them moved to some other schools nearby”
“I also have some relatives nearby, so that was one of the reasons why I moved here instead of somewhere else”
> PP: “Okey doke” she says as if she wasn’t listening, and pull out a cupcake out of her backpack
> PP: “Cupcake?”
“no thanks”
> the bus stops
> that wasn’t very far at all
> you get off the bus right after pinkie
> PP: “W-welcome to canterlot high!” she says with a high level of enthusiasm
> the school looks amazing
> it looks like a caste, really
> and it’s much bigger that your old school, even though that was in the city…
> it must be the only school around here
> there are people everywhere, sitting near the statue at the school, standing by the doors, or just walking to the school itself
“jesus christ”

> pinkie just smiles
> PP: “Well, time to show you around!”
> you follow pinkie as she begins to walk towards the entrance to the school
> you enter the school
> PP: “A-are you ready?” pinkie says as she takes a deep breath in
“ready for wha-”
> PP: “Welcometothepinkiepietouroftheschoolyay!ifyouhaveanyquestionspleasetellmelater...”
> your mouth drops
> what was that, like 300 words a minute?
> you walk with her for a bit as she gestures and explains where all the classrooms are
> however, she was talking so fast that you didn’t understand most of it
> PP: “andherewehavethecomputerroomooh!thisonerighthereleadstothecafeteria”
> finally she stops talking
> instead, she just looks at you with a giant smile
“uh… where’s the principal’s office?”
> PP: “r-right down there!”
> she points to a door down the hall
> the bell rings
> PP: “Well, I gotta run, catch ya later anon!”
“see ya”
> you begin to make your way to the office
> it isn’t easy, but you try to weave your way through the crowd
> at last, you arrive
> you knock on the door
> “come in,” you hear
> you obey
> a woman with various tones of light-coloured hair and a light brown jacket is sitting at a desk in front of you
> you see a little sign saying “PRINCIPAL CELESTIA”
> PC: “How may I help you?”
“Hey, my name is anon, I’m new to the school”
