[21:36]	`GM	[Forty minutes later, the two cars meet up again at a Wendy's across the street from Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, still within the heart of downtown Toledo.]
[21:41]	Karan	looks around, ensuring no sort of ambush lies in wait.
[21:42]	`GM	[Dorothy looks around too.  The locale seems... conspicuous.]
[21:42]	`GM	Dorothy:  "This...  I mean, did we lose them?"
[21:42]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Is it safe yet?"
[21:43]	Karan	"We should have. I don't see anything suspicious."
[21:43]	`GM	Jenna:  "Unless they're following Tyro and Merry."
[21:44]	`GM	[Jenna specifically makes sure to leave Sam's name out of that list]
[21:44]	Agamedes	"Oh Toledo, isn't that, that one thing from that one racing moving with that one Dungeons and Dragons nerd?" She browsed around munching on a quad baconator with extra bacon on bacon with bacon wrapped patties.
[21:45]	`GM	[Dorothy snaps her fingers, trying to recall.]
[21:46]	`GM	Dorothy:  "No, umm, that's...  Hildago, wasn't it?"
[21:46]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And what's Dungeons and Dragons?"
[21:49]	Karan	"I think it's an old game of some kind?"
[21:50]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Oh...  I don't really play games."
[21:50]	`GM	[Dorothy has a forlorn look in her face as she mentions that.]
[21:52]	Karan	"You... don't?"
[21:52]	Tyro	Tyro is quiet for now, making her way through the largest burger on the menu she could get.
[21:53]	Karan	Karan does little to hide her confusion. Don't kids with normal lives play games? That's what they do, right?
[21:53]	Karan	If not, Karan's attempts to regain some of her lost childhood have been horribly misguided.
[21:54]	`GM	[Dorothy shuffles some spare fries around on her empty burger wrapper.]
[21:55]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Nah, I'm not all that good at them, so I just, y'know, don't bother."
[21:57]	Karan	"Practice makes perfect, right?"
[21:57]	Karan	"If not, what do you do for fun?"
[21:57]	`GM	[Dorothy looks away and dodges the question.]
[21:57]	`GM	Dorothy:  "What about you?  I mean, do-did you ever, like, I mean, did they even LET you play games?"
[21:57]	Tyro	Tyro is clearly listening, but doesn't jump into the conversation yet.
[21:58]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Or would you, like, have to kill me if you told me...?"
[22:00]	Karan	Karan smirks.
[22:01]	Karan	"We're not 0x1dthat0x1d textbook, at least. But..."
[22:01]	Tyro	"Gotta say, I didn't think of that. You should pipe up earlier." Tyro smiles, then continues eating.
[22:02]	Karan	She recalls various simulations and tests that prefaced (war)games, with scant else for entertainment. Among those, however, there is something...
[22:02]	Karan	"... Well, myself and some others did play some games, but probably not the kind you would."
[22:02]	Karan	"Knife-throwing was fun."
[22:02]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Hey, I was SCARED earlier!"
[22:03]	`GM	Dorothy:  >:T
[22:03]	Karan	Karan takes her turn to look away.
[22:04]	`GM	Dorothy:  "No thanks to my mom.  Nobody asked ME anything about what I thought.  She never tells me anything."
[22:05]	Tyro	"Yeah, no kidding." Tyro finishes her burger and works on the accompanying drink. "She really sounded like the type."
[22:06]	Agamedes	"Something neckbeards like uh.. was bald and rapped too, and did a weight lifting video. I think.;.  oh sorry brain stroked off, too much fat."
[22:08]	`GM	[Dorothy shrugs.]
[22:09]	`GM	Dorothy:  "It's not her fault.  She always gets weird when Aunt Jen comes to visit.  Reminds her that I'm adopted, or something."
[22:09]	Karan	Karan takes a deep breath.
[22:09]	Karan	"Given our current situation, it seems that tension wasn't unwarranted, unfortunately."
[22:11]	Tyro	"Whatever, I think. Situation was controlled just fine." Tyro seems content as long as no one is trying to lecture her like she thought would happen.
[22:12]	`GM	[Dorothy turns to "the weird one"]
[22:13]	`GM	Dorothy:  "So do you, like, decipher codes or something?  I'm sorry but, it's like I have no idea what you're saying half the time."
[22:13]	`GM	Dorothy:  "It sounds cool, though!  Just... I don't, get it."
[22:15]	`GM	Jenna:  "We are NOT going to talk about 'that situation' here.  Thank you for 'reminding' me, Tyro~"
[22:17]	Tyro	"Who, me? Codes?" Tyro looks confused.
[22:19]	Agamedes	The young girl hands Dorothy an open lid cup of shake dipped with several sticks of fries. "Try this, you'll be less anxious."
[22:20]	Tyro	"Besides, why not talk about it? We never really got debriefed, and I think it was a good example of an operation that had hiccups but wrapped up perfectly." There is no trace of sarcasm in Tyro's voice.
[22:21]	Karan	Karan deadpans at Tyro, then jerking her head to the side.
[22:22]	Karan	"This isn't exactlyt he ideal place."
[22:23]	`GM	[Dorothy looks at the cup lid, then back at Medes, certain amounts of realization dawning on her.]
[22:23]	Tyro	Tyro pauses. "Hm. I guess." She begins to dig into her dessert.
[22:25]	`GM	Dorothy:  "...No thanks.  But maybe you should stop, you'll be less anxious."
[22:28]	`GM	Jenna:  "I'm not going to nitpick, but I can outline one imperfection, which is currently laying in our car, and it shouldn't be."
[22:28]	`GM	[There is no trace of sarcasm in Jenna's voice]
[22:28]	Agamedes	"Me? Ahahaha.  I forgot what's going on already."She stuffs one into Dorothy's mouth anyway. "Ahh--oh wait, too late."
[22:29]	Tyro	Tyro wants very badly to retort that at least the 'imperfection' is quiet, but knows better than to actually do it right now.
[22:33]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Mmmpfh!  Hey, I'm eighteen, not eight!"
[22:34]	Agamedes	"See? Nothing bad at all!~ Oh, right Vincent Disel or something was his name. I think?.."
[22:45]	Karan	Karan idly picks at some fries.
[22:45]	Karan	"So, all of this aside, what now? Where to next?"
[22:45]	Tyro	Tyro is in the end unable to contain herself, mumbling just loud enough for Jenna to hear. "At least your 'imperfection' is quiet right now."
[22:45]	Karan	"In general terms," she corrects.
[22:45]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Wait...  What were you even talking about before anyways?"
[22:46]	`GM	[Dorothy continues to address Medes; the other conversation seems something she should let the 'adults' handle]
[22:47]	`GM	[Jenna rubs her fingers together tightly as a substitute for smacking her hand on the table, and leans over and whispers to Tyro.]
[22:50]	`GM	Jenna:  {"The imperfection is that she's here at ALL.  I'll say this once, to you, and maybe it'll get you in a good mood:  She's dead weight.  Dorothy is a Maid, even if she doesn't know it.  I'm the original Maid, even if I'm not on your level.  Sam is NEITHER."}
[22:51]	`GM	Jenna:  {"But now I'M the one who has to tell Dorothy that, instead of Sam figuring it out on her own."}
[22:52]	Tyro	Tyro looks incredulous. {"Ma'am, I'm glad you're talking sense, but you really think Sam is smart enough to figure something like that out?"}
[22:54]	Karan	Karan chimes in. {"Whether she figures it out or we tell her, we need to do something about her safety. She's a liability if she can't be kept somewhere out of harm's way."}
[22:55]	`GM	[Jenna leans back in her seat and takes a drink of soda.  She very obviously looks out the window, at the sign across the street.]
[22:58]	Tyro	{"She's a liability either way. I say we tell her when she wakes up. She probably can't connect the dots, and we can get the kicking and screaming out of the way early."}
[23:06]	Karan	{"Better now than never, at least."}
[23:08]	Tyro	Tyro winces and shakes her head a little once she imagines all the noise that idiot will make.
[23:12]	Tyro	Tyro suddenly notices exactly where Jenna is looking; apparently, the sign of some medical center. {"Something on your mind, ma'am?"}
[23:17]	`GM	Jenna:  "...You know, concussions are a serious medical issue if not properly treated."
[23:17]	Agamedes	"You mean Riddick? Or the fry shake heart attack on a bun?" She tilts her head in mild confusion as one thing went out the other ear and the other filled with cholesterol.
[23:18]	Tyro	"I'm sure she doesn't have one, ma'am." Tyro is quite direct.
[23:18]	`GM	[Dorothy just looks more confused.  New topic new topic new topic, umm...]
[23:19]	`GM	Jenna:  "One can never be too sure, Ms. Westinghouse~  That's what they told the National Football League.  Why just look where they are now!"
[23:20]	`GM	Dorothy:  "So, umm...  What's your power?"
[23:21]	Tyro	Tyro shrugs. "I guess it's not my decision."
[23:22]	Agamedes	"Okay! I got it! Getting you a heart attack on a bun too! Frosted Shakies too! Extra fries!" She cheers giving the girl a hug before ordering more food.
[23:26]	`GM	Jenna:  "Come come, why shouldn't it be~?  You've taken SUCH an interest in her protection~"
[23:26]	`GM	[Jenna pats Tyro on the shoulder, smiling.]
[23:28]	`GM	[Dorothy follows Medes to the front counter.  If she's going to be with these women, she'd better start learning how to cope with them.  And this one seems like the hardest...]
[23:29]	Tyro	"I guess it really isn't against a specific regulation to leave someone on the curb..." Tyro scratches her chin, thinking, although it's not clear if she meant that or not.
[23:34]	Karan	"No, but that would bite us in the ass sooner than later."
[23:35]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Like, I know that the red-haired girl has some kind of shockwaves, and the black-haired girl has those swords, those swords are AWESOME by the way..."
[23:35]	`GM	Dorothy:  "But like, so, what do you do?"
[23:37]	Karan	Karan can't help but glance at the girl and smile, overhearing her comment.
[23:37]	Tyro	Tyro concedes. "Yeah, I guess she could ID us if she was asked. Shit."
[23:39]	`GM	Jenna:  "Let us say, hypothetically, she COULD.  Then what?"
[23:40]	`GM	Jenna:  "Karan, exactly HOW is it going to bite us in the ass?"
[23:40]	Agamedes	"Oh me? Well~ I use my LOVELY appeareances to get free stuff and protect big sister~ And well~" She leans up to the girls ear and whispers,. " I can't show you here because people and stuff."
[23:41]	`GM	Jenna:  "Our ass is already in the fire, girl."
[23:43]	Karan	"It is, but it's a controlled burn. If we let her go, she could bring down cops on us. Or even worse, she could get taken hostage, which would force us into a fight on their terms."
[23:44]	Tyro	"Well, way I see it is if we drop her on the street the media might get indignant. No need to have even more people after us."
[23:44]	Karan	Karan nods towards Tyro.
[23:44]	Karan	"Any number of way things could go wrong if she isn't safely out of the picture somehow."
[23:46]	Tyro	"I don't think we have anything on hand that we could use to just make a body disappear, though..."
[23:51]	Karan	"We're not making a 'body' disappear," Karan states flatly.
[23:51]	Tyro	"You were the one that said 'safely out of the picture'."
[23:52]	Karan	"Emphasis on 0x1dsafely0x1d. Dead isn't 'safe'."
[23:54]	`GM	Dorothy:  {"Oh... yeah, I guess you're right."}
[23:54]	`GM	[Dorothy whispers back.]
[23:54]	`GM	Dorothy:  "...I wonder what MY power is going to be..."
[23:55]	Tyro	Tyro chuckles. "But she's a threat to herself too, isn't she? Not just us."
[23:56]	Agamedes	"Let's just say chains~" She giggles before turning to the probable confused cashier before ordering the fattest thing on the menu for the girl next to herself. "I wanted Taco Bell but you know, same recipe all these years. FIRE POOP!"
[23:58]	`GM	Jenna:  "Hey, YOU were the ones who wanted to go to Canada, or whatever."
[00:01]	`GM	Jenna:  "I'm just saying, where we're going, cops and ID is the least of our concern."
[00:01]	`GM	Jenna:  "We don't have TIME to convince Sam of anything, not if we're already being followed."
[00:02]	`GM	[Dorothy groans.  She's never been a slim girl, but that doesn't mean she doesn't care...]
[00:03]	Karan	"I'm guessing it's too late for amnesia drugs?"
[00:03]	Tyro	"Canada?" Tyro chuckles again. "I bet the Mounties wouldn't appreciate us assuming they'd never find us. And who said anything about convincing her? I mean, I guess we can keep her alive if we have to, we just need to keep her from being a threat to herself and others. So, tie her up, maybe gag her. Can't be too hard to make something she wouldn't choke on."
[00:04]	`GM	[Jenna perks up.]
[00:04]	`GM	Jenna:  "Wait you have amnesia drugs?"
[00:04]	`GM	[Jenna actually sounds legitimately excited.]
[00:05]	Karan	"I wish; I was just dreaming."
[00:07]	Agamedes	"It'll be alright!" " Medes grinned and got thier meal before going back to sit down.
[00:08]	`GM	[Jenna slumps back, legitimately thinking, if just for a second, that it was going to be that easy.]
[00:10]	`GM	Jenna:  "We're not taking her with us.  Period."
[00:10]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Not taking who?"
[00:10]	`GM	[Dorothy sits back down next to Medes.]
[00:11]	Karan	Karan frowns. This won't be a nice conversation...
[00:11]	Agamedes	" Anyway uh.. something. .something. oh yeah! Try they fry shake thing! Its pretty alright!"
[00:11]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And I'm not eating that, by the way."
[00:11]	`GM	[=-= *mine before Medes']
[00:12]	Tyro	"We're not? Then what? Just leave her on the side of the road?" Tyro purses her lips. "I love peace and quiet, but we know she'll do something stupid. Maybe something really, really stupid."
[00:13]	`GM	Dorothy:  "I will NOT!"
[00:15]	`GM	Dorothy:  "I don't even have anything good to be stupid WITH."
[00:16]	Karan	"We weren't talkinga bout you, Dorothy."
[00:16]	Agamedes	With a bit of a nod, the girl with one of her smaller chains picked up a heavily dipped fry and quickly tossing one into her mouth. "Ah! Got ya!"
[00:17]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Oh coo-ooOOOAAAH!"
[00:20]	Agamedes	"Pretty good right?"
[00:20]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Shtoph ith!"
[00:21]	`GM	[Dorothy chews it up and swallows.  Yeah, it's good, b-but still...! >:T]
[00:24]	Agamedes	"Not bad at alL!" She grins and kisses the girl on the cheek, unintentionally oblivious to her surroundings.
[00:28]	`GM	[Dorothy just sort of stares at Medes sideways.]
[00:29]	Karan	Karan leans in towards Jenna and Tyro, whispering.
[00:30]	Karan	{"... This is a bit far-fetched, but I could try to trick the FBI into thinking Sam should be under witness protection. That would keep her somewhat safe, and out of enemy hands."}
[00:33]	`GM	Jenna: " ...?"
[00:33]	`GM	Jenna:  "...I thought we just got done saying that she would rat us out."
[00:34]	Tyro	"I have my doubts about anyone being able to keep her safe from herself, anyway."
[00:34]	`GM	Jenna:  "We have her daughter.  And she's not going to accept that.  Not now."
[00:35]	`GM	[Dorothy flicks a shake-fry at Jenna.]
[00:35]	`GM	Dorothy:  "I can HEAR you guys, you know."
[00:36]	Karan	"She would rat us out, but she's guaranteed to do that if she's alive and not stuck in hiding somewhere anyway."
[00:36]	Karan	Karan turns to Dorothy.

[00:36]	Agamedes	"Should I french instead? Or would that net me some Social Justice Warrior incite from Tumb..tumn.. isn't that the name of some sort of cup?"
[00:37]	Karan	"This conversation isn't... savory, but if you have any ideas, maybe they would help. Your mom will be in danger on her own, and we can't keep her with us, so we need a solution."
[00:40]	Tyro	"Uh... if she absolutely has to remain alive... do any of us know how to make an IV drip that could keep her sedated, fed and hydrated? Then we can just stick her in a chair somewhere that people won't look. With a drip pan, I guess."
[00:41]	Tyro	"On the other hand, I could put her in a coma, and we can leave her over there." She points out the nearby medical center with her thumb. "At least until we get a better idea."
[00:44]	`GM	[Dorothy considers switching the label of the weird one to the one with the boobs.]
[00:44]	Karan	Karan sighs. o O ( It 0x1dis0x1d probably the best plan, but... )
[00:44]	`GM	Dorothy:  "You're all, like...  REALLY violent, you know?"
[00:44]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Like, even you Aunt Jen."
[00:45]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Just let me talk to my mom when she wakes up.  You know, like, TALK?"
[00:45]	`GM	[Jenna feels like she's been slapped.]
[00:47]	Tyro	"I get it, but it doesn't guarantee anything..." Tyro sounds unconvinced.
[00:47]	Karan	"You have a better shot than the rest of us," Karan admits.
[00:48]	Agamedes	"Okayyyy, we let's you talks to --" Her words cut short by chowing down onto another baconator.
[00:48]	`GM	[Dorothy is feeling brave and flicks a fry at Tyro.]
[00:49]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Says the one who thinks putting people in a coma is a good option."
[00:50]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Look, trust me, I just need to talk to her about this.  I know I freaked out before a little... okay, a LOT..."
[00:51]	`GM	Dorothy:  "But I thought about it in the car ride, and, like...  I WANT to go.  I WANT to do this, whatever it is you're doing.  I wanna be a part of it."
[00:53]	Tyro	Tyro ignores the fry. "Nothing up to luck with a coma. You're telling me that she'll just get it, let you go with us on our merry way, come up with a good alibi for where it is you are, and not slip up with anyone? Not once?" Tyro doesn't smile, as it's an honest question. "I'd like to believe it, but I don't."
[00:56]	`GM	[Dorothy glares at Tyro.]
[00:56]	`GM	[Dorothy then thinks better of it and looks away.]
[00:57]	`GM	Dorothy:  "...D'ya know what it's like to suck at something?"
[00:57]	Agamedes	"The more things worry the worse it appears to be!.. or somethin--oh yeah remember what I said about arm popping yeah? I sucked the first couple of years there too!"
[01:00]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Well I suck at everything.  I don't play games 'cause I suck at them.  I don't play sports 'cause I suck at them.  I don't have hobbies 'cause I suck at them too."
[01:01]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And mom keeps telling me I don't, even though I do, because that's just what moms do."
[01:03]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And when I cry and tell her life sucks she always says 'No, Dilly, it doesn't suck~  One day you'll find the perfect thing for you~' or some crap like that..."
[01:03]	Tyro	Tyro feels like commenting already, but Dorothy is clearly on a roll so she keeps quiet for now.
[01:06]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Well APPARENTLY, if you're all arguing over me then I don't suck at being...  I don't know, whatever it is that YOU are."
[01:06]	`GM	[Dorothy smiles gently.]
[01:07]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And I'll take that~"
[01:07]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And my mom'll take that, because I'LL take that."
[01:10]	Agamedes	"hmm.. Maybe I should tell you to be a little girl more than you need to be us. "
[01:11]	Tyro	Tyro seems to back down for now. "If we do go through with this, you'd better be right."
[01:12]	`GM	[Dorothy shoves a shake fry in Medes' mouth.]
[01:12]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Try some of this; it'll make you less anxious~"
[01:13]	`GM	Dorothy:  "And I'm eighteen!"
[01:15]	Agamedes	In response, the girl would vacuum the rest in an unhumanly fashion while scarfind down the fries. 'Oh you say something?" She looks wholly undisturbed by Dorothy's rather bold act.
[01:19]	Karan	"You're brave. I hope you're right about being able to convince your mom."
[01:26]	`GM	[Dorothy falters just a little bit.]
[01:26]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Yeah...  Me too."
[01:29]	Tyro	"Well, if it doesn't work we've got the coma as plan B." Tyro rolls her head around, causing a couple of barely audible pops to emit from her neck.
