This is a required notification provided to you that the Company has been forwarded a Negative Counseling Statement in regards to

 

DERELICTION OF DUTY; FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH MANDATORY SECTION PRACTICE AND ROLL CALL STANDARDS , GENERAL ORDER TWELVE

 

General Order Twelve

 

Subject: Meeting Attendance

Meetings that are mandatory or emergency must either be attended or a post must be made as to why you cannot attend under the pending meeting notice. If you miss the meeting under emergency circumstances that you planned on attending a post must be made ASAP after the meeting regarding the reason why you missed the meeting. Any violation may result in an Article 15.

 

 

I would like to discuss this with you as soon as possible. You can also speak with your COMPANY XO or BN XO

 

Recommendation as follows

 

30 DAYS NO FAVORABLE ACTION

30 DAYS INELIGIBILITY FOR SPECIAL OR FOLLOW ON TRAINING SCHOOLS

 

This is the first Negative Counseling Statement for Failure to Report / Appear, and as such I have issued my recommendation for the least punitive measures I can enforce ( see above )

 

If you wish to appeal this document and subsequent record on any basis, please notify me within the next 48 HRS so that I may get in touch with the BN staff to handle the appeal process.

 

Also, please consider this notice, that any future occurrence of Failure to Report within the next 30 calendar days, without ELOA / LOA or documented hardship will result in an additional punitive response, UP TO AND INCLUDING REDUCTION IN RANK.

 

If I do not have a response as to the best time to speak about this with you, or have not spoken with you in the next 72 hours I will construe that as your complete understanding of the above, and complete the paperwork for the S1 department as appropriate.
