Left hand surgery left no damage, may continue chemical work. Re-evaulation on [27/september/2559] is a must. Family turned down Insurred physiotherapy, providing their own means.
[27/september/2559]: Pass. Capable of walking and light jogging without the cane. However, the cane should be kept at hand in case the calf gives out due to exertion. Recovery time nominal.
[10/October/2559]: Other, see medical doctor's notes. Banned from dangerous positions and those that require fine motor skills of hand to properly perform until further notice. Reason: see notes.

Still professes to go into disbelief if she finds herself bleeding. Recent surgery caused her demeanour to suffer a loss of spirits. No anti-depressants prescribed. Expected recovery parallel to physical.

IMPORTANT DOCTOR's NOTES:

Subject appears to have suffered from a complete genetic rewrite from an anomolous, yet to be identified source.

Despite all the records we have at Central of her physical and psychological genetic data - enough to clone her, or was enough - we cannot find or judge how she went from a twenty four year old healthy human woman of stable mental capacities to a healthy, reportedly around sixteen, fifteen or seventeen year old tajaran girl.

Ignoring the fact she used to be human, she's perfectly healthy by any standard we observed her. However, due to infamiliarity with new physiology, she has been requested to perform physiotherapy as she lacks fine motor skills and indeed basic balance. Until subject's transformation is reversed, or she learns to  adapt to her new physiology, she is banned from performing the following jobs in a physical manner:

Chemist - reason: Lack of fine motor skills
Phoron Researcher - reason: Lack of balance, danger in toxins laboratory.
Paramedic - reason: Unable to move safely from point A to point B even without obstacles. However, despite being challenged in fine motor skills, she is still able to properly inject and care for patients. She may work as a nurse
Xenoarcheology, anomaly and any duties that require EVA: Inability to show intentive control of tail and lack of agility. Furthermore, the altered face physiology makes wearing helmets and masks properly difficult at the moment due to lack of technique. May go on EVA in an emergency, but personell must assist.

Furthermore, due to concerns for the public relations of NanoTrasen, she is also banned from any head of staff position unless the captain or acting captain deems otherwise, like Tajara from Ahdomai. We cannot prove to our critics she used to be an Elysium graduate. None the less, her expert advice on handling MASER equipment and other dangerous tools remain to be sound. No mental degradation.
