Bliss stage Character Templates!

The following Six templates contain the names of the templates, basic descriptions to build up from (partly quoted from the manual.), their starting stat values, and special perks.

The Innocent Sweetheart is the youngest pilot archetype. Despite being under trained and inexperienced; they make up for it with a Infectious enthusiasm, a heart of gold, and an undying energetic spirit. Although some other pilots usually don’t carry much confidence for their abilities, a little morale boost from an enthusiastic rookie couldn’t hurt, can it?

The Eager Young Soldier is a still a novice ANIMa pilot, but they're excited to do their part in the war. A history of fighting for survival has toughened them up, but their determination has yet to be tested within the confides of the dream world. For one so young, they bear a strong anger in their heart.

The Devoted Lover is a devastating force of a pilot on the battlefield. In the real world, they are deeply tied up in their own love affair, and in the dream world, they use it as a terrible yet destructive weapon. The real Question is: Can a teenage love affair survive the harsh realities of combat?

Special Abilities: Starts with a very powerful relationship (already included) and Add one stress to any two relationships at character creation.


The Rising Hero doesn’t know it, but everyone in the group looks up to them and respects them, not only for the job that they perform, but for the decency and respect with which they treat others with. But since they mostly stay close within a small group of friends, they don’t realize the esteem that they hold her in.

Special Abilities: Add one trust to all relationships with other pilot characters, and has More powerful default relationships (already included) at character creation.


The Carefree Hedonist says that he has no regrets. They flit from party to party and lover to lover without so much a
second thought for anyone’s feelings. Perhaps they could be hurting on the inside, or perhaps they’ve realized that they don’t have very long to live. Whatever the reason, they’re a nightmare on the battlefield, but what is the cost to their own heart?

Special Abilities: Add one intimacy to any relationship, and has an Extra starting relationship (already included) at creation.


The Seasoned Veteran is the oldest pilot template. They are somewhat bitter and haggard from repeated battles; the scars on her heart and soul may never heal. Their closest relationships have been devastated, if not obliterated,
and they cling to the very few friends they have left with an increasing sense of desperation. They may talk tough, but inside they are genuinely afraid of their impending demise, or of what might happen if they don’t die.

Special Abilities: Pick any two relationships and destroy them (thus gaining 3x bliss equal to the intimacy of said relationships.), and starts off with 1 trauma.
