Nuts and Dolts Fluff weekend

“Alright Yang I will see you sunday night.” Ruby calls out to her sister as shuts the door behind her.
Ruby then turns to Penny who was waiting patiently for the young huntress to finish getting ready to spend the weekend with her.
“What shall we do tonight Ruby?” Penny asks as they start walking down the hallway.
“How about we stay in tonight, watch some movies back at your place.” Ruby responds as she rubs up against the robot girl.
A small blush overcomes Penny’s face as they hurry to her apartment.
“Sorry Ruby but these are all the films I have.” Penny points to a decent amount of movies 99% of which are war films.
“Let’s watch the one with the Atleasian Submarine crew during the color wars.” Ruby enthusiastic suggested holding out the film.
The two sit close on the couch, snuggling under a large blanket.
 Soon the movie is onto the part where the captain suggests they put on music.

As the chorus begins much to Pennys surprise Ruby joins in.

As the chorus repeats Penny joins in as well.

“Ready Penny?” Ruby asks as she lays atop the bed.
“Just A moment Ruby, let me plug in” Penny answers facing away placing the plug into the small of her back.
“Um, Penny I know this kind of is a lot to ask but could you possibly tell me a story or sing me a song to help me fall asleep?” Ruby asks sheepishly as Penny snuggles up close to her.
“I sure can Ruby, this is one Father sung to me when I was younger.”

Ruby is fast asleep and snoring lightly.
Penny content with her handy work cuddles up to her friend and set herself into hibernation mode.

Ruby was first to awake, stretching and noticing her friend wrapped around her torso.
Ruby extended the favor by wrapping around Penny and placing a kiss upon her her lips to wake her from hibernation.
“Good morning Ruby.” Penny pipes up as her eyes open.
“Morning.” Ruby responds holding tighter to Penny.
“What do you want to do today?” Penny asks.
“How about we go to the range? I have A whole lot of hand loads I want to try.” Ruby starts with the look of a kid in a candy store.
Later at the range.
“Can you spot for me Penny?” Ruby asks targets in hand.
“Sure Ruby, my pleasure.” Penny responds as she adjusts her optics system for hit confirmation.
Soon shots are being sent down range and hitting true on target.

Later in Penny’s apartment.
“What do you want to do now?” Penny asks as she cuddles up to Ruby.
“Want to play Ring  World, it was the basis for my favorite web series Salmon vs Teal.” Ruby is quick to answer.
“Salmon vs Teal?” Penny asks with a bewildered look on her face.
“You have never heard of Salmon vs Teal from Cockbite productions?” Ruby is flabbergasted at this revelation
“We must as you say ‘Rectify this post haste’” Ruby starts as she brings up the first episode

“Would you like to hear a story tonight Ruby?” Penny asks as she pulls her lover close.
“Sure Penny, I would love to hear one.”
“What should it be about?” Penny asks confused.
“How about a story about A red haired huntress in training and her girlfriend’s adventures.” Ruby tosses out of the blue.
“Can you describe her girlfriend.” Penny asks slightly flustered.
“Sure, she has orange hair, wears green andisarobot.” Ruby finishes quickly.
“I think I know where this is going...” Penny softly smiles
“Oh do you now?” Ruby adds smiling herself.

“Good Morning Ruby.” Penny announces.
Ruby yawns and mumbles something that sounds kind of like a good morning as her head once more makes contact with her pillow.
“Do you just want to relax and lay here today?”
Ruby nods as Penny snuggles up with her.
“I love you Ruby Rose” Penny comments
Ruby mumbled something along the lines of “I love you too Penny.”
