Back story: Reaver always wanted to be someone of law authority. He had no past quarrel with anything live bandits or slavers. He just knew that he despised evil. He was always quick on his feet, never in one place at a time. Always moving around, seeking more evil to eradicate. He could never take someones word that someone else was evil, he needed to see them in action. He was ready for the hard and perilous path he had chosen in life, but so long as he helps someone out. He's happy even in giving his own life. He learned that not all Messenger's were evil. And figured the best way to save someone, is to have the power to do so. He always knew what his title would be, from the day he heard of them.
