At patient, a woman of 20-30 years, was talk of serious mental suffering, including a
Therapy-resistant posttraumatic stress disorder and serious therapy resistant anorexia nervosa. There
was also a chronic depression, chronic suicidality, self-harm,
dissociation/pseudo-hallucinations and obsessions and compulsions. Her complaints were
fifteen years ago started after sexual abuse.
Patient has had various therapies, both ambulatory as clinical in various centres of excellence. Also is
they be controlled very intensively treated. Her suffering was getting bigger and there were more and more
somatic problems. She got a feeding tube by a PEG-catheter, was suffering from urinary retention,
for which a suprapubic catheter had to be placed, and was suffering from constipation, for which they
