Is "dummy" bannable?

My response:
#1: Lily had forgotten to heal multiple times in LiEat, and it was just funny to me.  I thought maybe I could say something to let her know.  Did not get banned or timed out at that time.

#2: was NOT in reference to lily.  If you know LiEat, you cannot move the camera at all.  It wouldn't make sense if it was aimed at lily as she did not have face cam either.  the game was full screen.  It was in reference to the super ambiguous and short cutscene.  Twitch chat replies are usually short so I didn't think of being super descriptive when I said it.  Did not get banned at that time or timed out.

#3: Literally asking if the game was over.  lol.  Got banned for 1 hour.  After the conversation above, I was banned for 24 hours from chat.

I never thought I would have to do this, but here I am.  I'm sorry for taking your time, and I hope that I'm right when I say I was unjustly banned.  Please let me know if I'm wrong.  :)
