InsideOutGFX terms of service

Upon purchasing art from the InsideOutGFX, you agree to the following Terms Of Service:

-No refunds (Unless I say otherwise. If work is not completed to a calibre of which you deem worth your money, I am always happy to make changes to your work, within reason*)
(*I will not entirely restart a piece of work if I have made a decent amount of progress, so to prevent that from happening, I will provide draft copies as I complete the work)
-No manipulation of the work
(The work is intended to be used as it is provided, hue changes or cutting parts off is against the Terms Of Service. If you've a change you'd like to make, please contact me prior & I will decide as to whether it is appropriate or not)
-No resale
(Please do not EVER resell my work to other people. If you are considering it, please discuss with me first, but as far as TOS goes, it is entirely forbidden)
-Use of the logo
You may use the logo wherever you so please, be it on a Buycraft page or providing another designer with the logo to make a banner or some other graphic
-Ownership
The buyer of the artwork is the owner of the logo, however, I still hold all rights to my own graphics. I can ensure this is ONLY to protect myself, and never to prevent clients from having all the freedom they desire with use of the graphics.
I hold the right to use the artwork wherever it may be, but this will ONLY EVER be used to display my art! Your work will NEVER be resold!
