Inquisitor has no age, and is the most open ended character to be anything, from a teenager to a grandparent.

Warrior can be a pretty broad range of ages, but probably more on the younger side, since they would be expected to enter the korriban trials when they became a young adult or teenager. Between 16 and lower 20's makes the most sense.

Smuggler is among the older classes, as they have already acquired a ship and woked long enough to establish themselves as a known smuggler to be hired by Vito. Sure, maybe they inherited the ship from a parent right when they turned 16 and have only worked for a couple years to establish themselves, putting them at like 18, but it makes slightly more sense to be a few years older than that, probably around late 20's. But also perhaps older, depending on just how expensive a ship is and how long it takes to save up for one and then establish yourself in the smuggling trade.

Trooper has already served tours of duty and excelled at them in order to be selected for special forces, meaning they are at least 4 years older than the enlistment age, putting them at a bare minimum of 22 years old, assuming they enlisted the nanosecond they turned 18. But of course they could be a lot older, and anything throughout the 20's and 30's and even 40's makes sense for trooper. They are one of the classes with a wider variety of ages that make sense.

Hunter can be almost anything.

Agent can also be almost anything, but much like trooper, does kind of have a certain minimum age. They were scouted by Keeper for Intelligence work, meaning they were in the service for some amount of time.

Knight is a teenager. They are still a padawan and have not graduated to Knight, but by all accounts is a strong padawan and would not reasonably have been held back. This puts the Knight in the teenage years.

Consular is the most specific age, since they are a prodigy student who had not completed their padawan training yet. This means they are pretty squarely between the ages of 16 and 18. They cannot be younger than this because the youngest jedi to ever become a knight is already known and you are not playing as that jedi, and they cannot be older than this because they have not become an assigned padawan yet and have not finished their training yet to graduate. They were being assigned to Yuon Parr to continue their padawan training. They are a prodigy, which means they were not held back and are not among the older students. This means Consular has actually a very specific age they can be.
