Hospital entities:

BEHEMOTH: A 12 ft tall male humanoid, charcoal black in colour, with a thick rocky exoskeleton over each muscle. It has four fingered hands with large claws, two groups of three beady red eyes in its head, an enormous sharklike mouth with dozens of black, long teeth. Red light glows from its mouth, and it has eight shrimp like legs growing from its abdomen. Extremely muscular.

FATHER: A 10 ft tall humanoid male, with black iron ribs bursting through its chest with sharp edges, as well as along its spine. It has surgical gloves sewn over its hands, it wears an apron of human faces and bloodied bandages, and has a flap of skin nailed over its face. It has long black hair and heavy scaring on its body. It is very muscular, and carries a heavily corroded rectangular scimitar with the handle wrapped in barbed wire.

LION: Its about 16 ft tall, masculine, and looking as though it were flayed. Its musculature is charcoal coloured and seeping blood. Its hands are huge, with long claws on the fingers, and it wears a long loincloth made from what appear to be dried and tanned human faces. It wears knee high boots with bloody steel caps over the toes, and lashed to the legs with razor wire. A set of 6 serrated black iron ribs are on its chest, and six iron blades extend from its back, curving upward. Its head is the black skull of some predatory animal, almost like a huge lion skull. Its eyes burn with sickly green light, and a long tongue lols out of its mouth. It has a mane of black, spiky chains and shards of obsidian flowing from its head, and it holds a huge, iron spear in its hands.
