- Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by banishing 1 "Nebula" monster from your hand or Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. Once per turn: You can Tribute this card, then target 1 of your banished "Nebula" monsters, except "Nebula - Crescent 6888", and 1 monster your opponent controls; shuffle the first target to the Deck, and if you do, banish the second target. If this card is destroyed: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Nebula" monster in your Graveyard, except "Nebula - Crescent 6888"; Special Summon that target, ignoring Summoning conditions.
