- Garlic pasta

- For 2.
- 2 portions of pasta (7 ounces)
- 1/2 head of garlic
- 6 tablespoon of pesto
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 ounces of mushrooms (1/2 paquet)
- 1/3 cup of feta cheese (haven't really measured it exactly yet)
- Boil water
- Chop garlic, cut mushrooms
- Cook pasta 3 minutes and drain.
- Put oil on pan at max temp.
- Wait until oil has warmed up, then make sure it's evenly spread.
- Put garlic in then let cook for one minute.
- Put on medium, then put mushrooms in and sauté.
- Put pesto and pasta in pan, about a 1/3 at a time to make sure its mixed well.
- Put on low, put cheese in. Mix vigorously. Cook until it's well melted and serve.
