  1. Garlic pasta

  7. 2 portions of pasta (7 ounces)
  8. 1/2 head of garlic
  9. 6 tablespoon of pesto
  10. 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  11. 4 ounces of mushrooms (1/2 paquet)
  12. 1/3 cup of feta cheese (haven't really measured it exactly yet)

  14. Boil water
  15. Chop garlic, cut mushrooms
  16. Cook pasta 3 minutes and drain.
  17. Put oil on pan at max temp.
  18. Wait until oil has warmed up, then make sure it's evenly spread.
  19. Put garlic in then let cook for one minute.
  20. Put on medium, then put mushrooms in and sauté.
  21. Put pesto and pasta in pan, about a 1/3 at a time to make sure its mixed well.
  22. Put on low, put cheese in. Mix vigorously. Cook until it's well melted and serve.
