[8:29pm] Snowshoe: Opening the door to the prefab reveals a long hallway with two doors on the left side and two doors on the right. The hall is filled with floating black ash, and the walls are grey. It's absolutely silent inside.

[8:29pm] tretter: "Something wrong?"
[8:29pm] Snowshoe: Rooms 1A and 1B lie on the right, 1C and 1D on the left. At the end of the hallway opposite you is an unlabeled door with a keypad embedded in the wall inside.
[8:29pm] Snowshoe: The keypad flashes.
[8:30pm] Alivi: Eriko looks at the keypad.
[8:30pm] PresidentEvil: Greg looks around warily. Can he hear anything?
[8:30pm] Snowshoe: Greg hears nothing.
[8:30pm] Alivi: "The keypad flashed….'
[8:30pm] lurkd joined the chat room.

[8:32pm] Alivi: "Behind the door there is a long hall, with a 200 ft drop. Let's look at the other rooms first."

[8:32pm] AgentFlowers: "Alright, you said 1-A..." Lily heads for that door, rifle ready.
[8:32pm] lurkd: Elif turns on her head lamp.
[8:32pm] Alivi: Eriko nods. She follows Lily.
[8:33pm] Snowshoe: As the door shuts behind Elif, it becomes absolutely silent except for the sound of the group's footsteps.

[8:33pm] Tehpillowstar: Chloe follows, because why not?
[8:33pm] lurkd: Elif cautiously follows suit.
[8:34pm] tretter: Ross is with the group. He glances at the door of 1D.
[8:34pm] AgentFlowers: "Cover me..." She grasps the knob, and opens the door to 1-A.
[8:35pm] Snowshoe: Behind the door labeled 1A lies a small electrical room. A generator hums away in the corner, and a light shines from the roof. Nothing moves.
[8:35pm] tretter: "Elif, I forgot to give this to you." He hands her a surgical mask.
[8:35pm] lurkd: Elif quickly puts it on.
[8:35pm] PresidentEvil: Greg peers inside.
[8:35pm] lurkd: "Thanks."
[8:35pm] Snowshoe: As far as you can see, there's absolutely nothing odd inside 1A.
[8:35pm] Alivi: "Ok…still the same…1-B is next."
[8:35pm] AgentFlowers: "You know...this prefab is bigger on the inside."
[8:35pm] Alivi: "You have no idea Lily..."
[8:36pm] lurkd: "This place still gives me the creeps."
[8:36pm] AgentFlowers: She grins behind her mask and whistles a bit of the Doctor Who theme.
[8:36pm] PresidentEvil: "So, when do we meet the hooks and tubes and stuff?"
[8:36pm] lurkd: Elif fumbles around for her wrench, making sure it is easily accessible.
[8:36pm] Alivi: "1-B…has the tubes."
[8:37pm] Alivi: "1-D has the Hooks, but there is both behind the strange door."
[8:37pm] Alivi: "Let's go to 1-B..."

[8:40pm] Snowshoe: This room is much larger than 1A, extending back about fifty feet. Inside are rows of glass fronted vats, most of which are shattered. As the door opens, screaming explodes into the hallway and then cuts off.

[8:40pm] Alivi: Eriko frowns. "No…."
[8:40pm] Snowshoe: Lily catches sight of a body rising up into the roof, being pulled by something she can't quite see.
[8:40pm] Tehpillowstar: Chloe flinches and looks around before calming down again.
[8:40pm] PresidentEvil: From inside the room?
[8:40pm] lurkd: "What!"
[8:40pm] Alivi: "Lily what do you see?"
[8:40pm] Snowshoe: The screaming came from inside the room.
[8:40pm] PresidentEvil: Greg instinctively squeezes off a burst at the body.

[8:41pm] Snowshoe: Greg, you miss the body and catch a black hose running along the roof. It ruptures, spraying a black mist into the room. It spreads quickly.

[8:51pm] Alivi: "Elif probably remembers more, but they seem to be the caretakers. Pretty harmless I would suspect they'd be hostile if you attacked. They disconnected a tube and waited for the hook to remove a body. they also were seen around the area."

[8:52pm] Alivi: "I do not know much about construction things..."
[8:52pm] lurkd: Elif nods.
[8:52pm] PresidentEvil: "Okay then. Let's make this quick and try to avoid the damn things."

[8:55pm] Snowshoe: A mechanical hum spills out into the hallway as Eriko opens the door. Inside a few mechanical figures, roughly human shaped and about two feet tall, move piles of boxes around.

[8:55pm] tretter: "Yeah, I know I should be all serious and all. But, hey what could go wrong?"
[8:55pm] PresidentEvil: Any markings on the boxes?
[8:55pm] Snowshoe: The small mechanical figures are tethered to tracks that run along the roof by steel cables.
[8:55pm] Tehpillowstar: "What do you think the boxes contain?"
[8:55pm] Alivi: "…I do not know."
[8:55pm] Snowshoe: It looks the same, there are no markings on the boxes. They're made of all sorts of materials.
[8:56pm] Alivi: "Looks the same as before…let's go to 1-D..."
[8:56pm] Alivi: Eriko closes the door and makes her way to 1-D and prepares to open the door.
[8:56pm] Alivi: "Remember what I said. Do not touch the bodies, and do not under any circumstances come into contact with them."
[8:56pm] PresidentEvil: "If we come back here, we should try to snatch one of those boxes. Research will want to know what's in them."
[8:57pm] PresidentEvil: "If they turn aggressive?"
[8:57pm] Alivi: "I want to know what is in them, but we need to figure it out."
[8:57pm] tretter: Ross smiles, camera in hand.
[8:57pm] Alivi: "Shoot them."

[8:58pm] Snowshoe: Eriko is hit in the face by a blast of cold air. Inside, corpses hang from the ceiling, suspended by meat hooks. Their mouths are working for air, like a fish out of water.

[8:59pm] tretter: *Snap* Ross takes a picture of the room.
[8:59pm] Alivi: Does Eriko see anything like boxes?

[8:59pm] Snowshoe: The lockbox from before is still in the corner, but there's nothing else in there.
[9:00pm] Alivi: It should be empty from her memory. Right?
[9:00pm] tretter: Ross enters the room and looks around, anything interesting about the bodies?

[9:00pm] lurkd: "We'll come back later."
[9:00pm] Alivi: "It looks the same, Ross come on."
[9:00pm] Snowshoe: The one nearest the door pivots to face ross as he enters. Other than that, nothing.
[9:00pm] lurkd: "Ross."
[9:00pm] tretter: Ross was already in, but whatever.
[9:00pm] Tehpillowstar: "I wonder if we could somehow get a meat hook for research."
[9:00pm] Alivi: Eriko walks out of the room.
[9:00pm] Alivi: "No."
[9:00pm] Alivi: "We are not to touch them."

[9:01pm] tretter: Ross goes up to one of the bodies and inspects one of the hooks.

[9:01pm] tretter: He takes pictures at a couple of angles.
[9:01pm] AgentFlowers: "Ross. Get out here."
[9:01pm] Tehpillowstar: "Who knows? Maybe nothing. It  was just an idle thought." Chloe is already out of the room.

[9:01pm] PresidentEvil: Greg crosses the room to Ross and grabs him on the shoulder.

[9:02pm] Alivi: Eriko looks at Greg. "Many rooms, most locked. Strange creatures, and more subjects…with hooks in the sedative. Compromised by the black stuff. A catwalk and a possible 200 foot drop."
[9:03pm] Alivi: "Be careful."
[9:03pm] lurkd: Elif tries to remember but can't.  "Shit, I don't."
[9:03pm] Alivi: "Do you have the notepad?"
[9:03pm] Alivi: "I gave it to you."

[9:04pm] Alivi: Eriko waits.
[9:04pm] lurkd: Elif walks up to the keypad and mumbles the numbers to herself while punching it in. "04985."
[9:04pm] Snowshoe: The door hisses open.
[9:04pm] Snowshoe: Pause for a moment, please.
[9:04pm] Alivi: Eriko nods. "Let's go. Be careful."
[9:04pm] lurkd: Elif steps back.
[9:07pm] Snowshoe: On the other side of the door is a massive hollow cylinder with steel-grey walls. A rusting catwalk circles around the room at your height, and five doors are embedded in the walls around the catwalk. They're labeled 1-1 through 1-5. Those of you who were here before, you recognize 2-2 as the only room that was open.
[9:07pm] Snowshoe: Now, all five doors have slowly flashing green lights above them. At a guess, this means you can enter.
[9:07pm] Snowshoe: You may resume.
[9:07pm] Alivi: "….They are all open now..."
[9:07pm] Tehpillowstar: "...I choose the farthest door and we work to the entrance."
[9:07pm] lurkd: "Guys, don't linger on the catwalk.  People almost fell off last time."
[9:08pm] Alivi: "agreed."
[9:08pm] tretter: "Anyone bring a 'chute? WE could probably BASE jump this."
[9:08pm] Alivi: "Let's go to 1-5."
[9:08pm] Alivi: "Or….should we do 2-2..."
[9:08pm] Snowshoe: You're at the top of the cylinder, and you can see down what you'd guess is about 200 feet before the light fades away.

[9:08pm] Alivi: Eriko stays silent about the fall.
[9:09pm] PresidentEvil: Any debris on the catwalk? Little bits of stuff?"

[9:10pm] Snowshoe: It's just as silent in this room as it was in the hallway. You'd expect to hear echoes in something of this size, but you don't.

[9:14pm] Snowshoe: Something clatters out of the way as the door opens, sounds like a steel pipe. This room is almost twice as large as 2B, and filled with similar glass vats. Every single one is shattered.
[9:15pm] Snowshoe: The room's about the length of a football field, if you had to take a guess.
[9:15pm] Alivi: Eriko looks horrified.
[9:15pm] Alivi: "….N….No…way…"
[9:15pm] lurkd: "Oh God, they're all out."
[9:15pm] Alivi: "...no...."
[9:15pm] Tehpillowstar: ./Now/ Chloe takes out her machete, and holds it in her left hand, so she can take out her side arm at a moment's notice.
[9:15pm] Alivi: Eriko frowns, Something is going on here."
[9:15pm] Alivi: "Let's go to 1-5..."
[9:15pm] PresidentEvil: "...We should get back to the surface. Now."
[9:15pm] Snowshoe: Other than the sound of a rolling steel pipe, it's quiet.
[9:16pm] PresidentEvil: "We should get back to the front door and call for reinforcements."
[9:16pm] Tehpillowstar: "Then let's find out. You think we should investigate?"
[9:16pm] Alivi: Eriko turns to Greg.
[9:16pm] Tehpillowstar: *"Stick around and investigate?
[9:16pm] Alivi: "I think we need to look at the other rooms."
[9:16pm] Alivi: "Ross could you go get re-enforcements?"
[9:16pm] PresidentEvil: "How many of those vats were full?"
[9:16pm] Tehpillowstar: "Alright, recon. Let's shut the door and move on."

[9:16pm] Alivi: "We broke out one…and then they tried to get him back…and then things went bad."

[10:25pm] Snowshoe: You can't see the level below. The ladder goes down about 200 feet and then fades off into darkness.

[10:25pm] PresidentEvil: Greg tucks the flashlight into his webbing for a moment and then pulls out one of his flares. He strikes it, and then drops the light source into the darkness.
[10:26pm] Snowshoe: The control panel has a large number of switches and levers on it, most of the with flashing "LO POWER" lights beneath them. One doesn't have a flashing light, you'd guess that means it's working.

[11:52pm] Alivi: Eriko takes out her pocket knife and slices off a long strip of fabric which she ties around Elif's Neck covering the thin slice.

[11:53pm] Alivi: Eriko gets up once that is done and exits.
