This guide will tell you whatever you need to know about beginning Vengaza. Reading this guide is heavily encouraged for low ranks to read, and it is required for high ranks to know it.

[RANKS]

This is the list of ranks, to help explain who is what.
Enlist – Major, low ranks.
Lieutenant Colonel – Brigadier General, high ranks.
Major General, second in command.
General, leader.

[HIGH RANK POSITIONS]

[LOW RANK RULES]

Again, low ranks are Enlists through Major. The following list should be abided by all low ranks along with high ranks.

-	Abide by all ROBLOX rules.
-	Wear the correct uniform to any Vengaza event.
-	Respect everyone around you, especially anyone who is a higher rank than you.
-	Use grammar to the best of your ability at all group related events. Some exceptions may go to the wall and sometimes patrolling the base (when no raiders or allies are present).
-	While posting on the wall please do not spam anything (post it once), and do not recruit people from Vengaza to join another group, unless it is an approved division. Also, do not post anything that would be considered offensive to anyone.
-	Don’t beg for promotions.
-	When given a command by a high rank, do it. If you do find this command unacceptable please report it to the head of high ranks, and the situation will be dealt with.
-	Do not raid allies unless told to do so by a high rank.
-	The highest rank in a server is automatically in charge, unless otherwise stated.
-	Disobeying fort rules while raiding/defending is not allowed.
-	No loop holes in the rules.
-	Bribery is not allowed, at all.

[LOW RANK PROMOTIONS]

	Trying to get promoted? This is a great way to help you get promoted through the low ranks.
If you are an Enlist, please complete the obstacle course to be automatically promoted to Private. http://www.roblox.com/games/208027552/Vengaza-Enlist-Obstacle-Course
After getting Private, the following will help you get promoted until the rank of Major.

-	Attend any group event following the rules above and standing out.
-	Being seen helping other members, or recruiting members.
-	Being active.
-	Impressing a high rank.

[LOW RANK DEMOTIONS]

Unfortunately, as a low rank you may receive demotions if you are misbehaving.

-	Breaking any of the rules above.
-	Doing stupid things.
-	Bullying or harassing any members of Vengaza or allies.
-	Ruining Vengaza’s reputation.
-	Simply misbehaving.

[HIGH RANK RULES]

These rules should be followed by all high ranks, along with the low rank rules.

-	Promotions only go to those who deserve it, do not promote people like your friends.
-	For demotions, you must have a good reason to demote the person if it were to be requested by another high rank.
-	Do not over shout anything that is important unless given permission.
-	Always respect the lower ranks, just because you are a high rank doesn’t mean you are better than them.
-	Do not demote anyone who is a high rank, exceptions go to the Head of High Ranks, Second in Command, and Leader.
-	If a person with a higher rank tells you to do something, do it. If you have a problem with them please report it to the head of high ranks.

[HIGH RANK PROMOTIONS]

High rank promotions will always be decided by the head of high ranks, but doing the following will help you get promoted.

-	Following all of the rules above.
-	Hosting training's very often.
-	Being active on the wall, making sure everything is running smoothly.
-	Respect your superiors and the people who are at a lower rank than you.

[HIGH RANK DEMOTIONS]

High rank demotions will always be decided by the head of high ranks, but doing the following will help you get demoted.

-	Disobeying any of the rules above.
-	Rarely/never hosting training's.
-	Being inactive at group events.
-	Disrespecting anyone.

[DIVISIONS]

Divisions may be created only by high ranks, unless otherwise approved by the General. The divisions must be approved by the Major General/General. Divisions must follow guidelines that will be given to you when you ask to create a division. Do not create a division without permission, doing so may result in punishment.

[ALLIANCES]

We currently do not have any requirements for alliances, please contact the head of external affairs for more information on becoming our ally.

[WAR]
