The explanation to why this "hijacking rule" exists.

My team does not consist of ANY former prem players just to point that out.

Now I´m a firm believer in that we should always be fair. And I know admins get ALOT of unfair shit to them. This is why i said to aoshi, that this rule must have been about preventing prem players from stacking a lower div team. Like Sigma from TC ambition also have pointed out. Thats a good thing about this rule. This rule is not bad. Its just badly implemented as it´s been hitting alot of innocent teams like my one. I´m happy TC ambition got back in though.

My team have had to undergo some roster changes, due to people having work, and irl things. So the roster we had, had to udnergo a few changes in order for us to keep playing. Luckily we finally got things sorted. But 2 days too late. As in our last official on gravelpit week (4) we´ve been dropped with the reason:

"15:03 - Broshi: You had: ZkjjjJ, Andy, lex,  .Cali, Ares
15:03 - Broshi: play in your gpit official
"

Scout - Our scout joined during the 2nd week so he is pretty much new.

Our demo - Ares has been on our roster before but didn´t think he could play. So he left 2 months ago. And came back 2 weeks ago when he found out he could, but he still counts as breaking the rule.
Our pyro main ZkjjjJ is new so we had a main.
Our last "new" players were Andy and Lex who joined on 23rd which is 2 days after the intial season started, but no high team played their matches yet, and our team played the first official at 26th. Adding to that HBFS who hasn't been mentioned anywhere as a new player joined on 23rd aswell, and he isn't considered new. So why are 2 of our players who joined on 23rd considered new, but one of them isn't? This is from the TeamAdmin page "Lex joined 23 mar 2015 16:58 - HBFS joined 23 mar 21:19 - Andy joined 23 mar 14:28".

Therefore we have 2 new mains or 3 new mains if Ares' leaving is considered as new.

Looking at the facts this shouldn't be considered a major roster change and contacting the admins shouldn't have been needed. This is clearly not a hijacked team.

So this means subs are basically useless. Let´s say you get 4 new players. Then you can do fine until week 7. But if you suddenly use your 1 sub. Boom you get dropped. Just because of the rule. Even though everybody knows its not a hijacked team and aoshi and other people ive talked to realise this.

And the ironic thing here is. We got dropped due to these 5 "new" players whos our mains. However for the whole season we could had played with 4 of those, and STILL use ZdjjjJ as our PERMA MERC. So we could play with all 5. No problem. But if we added ZdjjjJ to our roster boom we got dropped.

This seems to be a complete abuse of the rule, yet it would be completly legal. Is there not a huge problem with this rule here?

The fact that we get dropped is the thinnest line i have ever seen. Aoshi knows its not our fault. But rules are rules. He´s just doing his job like any other admin is. But this rule is dropping us purely because of Andy joined our team 2 days too late. Simple as that.
