<b>Pain:</b> With this he can cause someone to be wrecked with pain.  The amount of pain he can induce into someone vaires.  He can range from nothing more then a headache to where their whole bodies hurt and it feels like they are going to die.However he can not actually kill someone with this power since it only causes pain.  He is also able to select parts of the body to afflict pain.  <br>
<B>Fear</b> With this he can cause someone to be terrified at just about anything.  Normally he makes them see their greatest fear.  He doesnt need to know what it is but he will bring it up for only them to see.  This fear will only be an illusion and will cause them no harm. He can also lower someone's fear if he sees fit.<br>
<b>Anguish:</B> With this he attacks the person's mind.  He makes them see whatever he wants them to see.  They will often appear in a limbo type world where he afflicts pain or makes them repeat the scariest or saddest moment in their lives over and over again.  To them it will appear as forty-eight hours but it will actually be just a few moments.  This will not kill them but they will remember all of the pain and will feel exhausted.  He can double the time they spend in this limbo but it will exhaust him much more and will cause him to concentrate much harder.<br>

Kiyoshi has a very playful personality and isnt afraid of anyone.  He is very child like even with the many many years he has lived.  He also loves to watch people be in pain and be afraid despite his innocent appearance.  He will often cause cause trouble just to see them struggle and get angry at each other.  However he doesnt need to cause people to harm in order to have fun.  Sometimes he can have fun the old fashion way and just play games.

No one really knows how Kiyoshi has started or even where he was born.  He just showed up one day at a small town and almost instantly they started to fear him.  He soon realized that no one in this town was his parents.  This confused him since he didnt know where he came from nor did know how truly old he was.  He soon stopped searching and soon started to have fun with people.  The fear people had wasnt because of his power but just how odd he acted and how his eyes looked alone.  People often stayed away from him as much as they could since they didnt want to get hurt.  Because of this he grew a slight hatred for people despite his willingness to play with them.  Soon he had enough of their stubbornness and shyness towards him.  So he planned on leaving but not after he caused each one of them to go insane and make them either kill themselves or kill each other.  In his twisted little mind this brought him pleasure despite the screams and burning buildings. With that business out of the way he set off on his own in search for games to play or to cause people pain.  Of course with what he likes this often was a combination of both.

<b>1.</b> I often post around para+.  I will do less if my rp partner cant match it or I wasnt given enough to work with.  I wont do novella but if the rp is good enough I will do it.  Also grammar isnt the best in my case nor will I care about it.  I am here to have fun and but I will try and post so you can understand it.<br>
<b>2.</b> Story WAY before smut and if you can give me a good story I will love you for it.  Of course this character isnt made for smut but he is old enough to do smutty things.  I will do smut if the story leads to it but it will not be the main focus.<br>
<b>3.</b> Also before you call godmod on me please note that my character does have flaws.  He will not kill your character but that doesnt mean he wont leave your character in a ball crying for mommy.  That also doesnt mean he wont make your character insane and drive themselves to suicide, which is unlikely mind you.<br>
<b>4.</b> I.R.L. comes before anything else so dont mix the two.  If there happens to be a relationship between my character and yours that doesnt mean there is one with us.  I do have a skype but dont ask for it right away.  I will most likely not give it to you.  Also NO FREAKING DRAMA OOC!!! if there happens to be any I will ask you to stop and if you dont I will ignore you.
