ECCoin.conf file

(assuming ur on windows and have a C drive) [c drive is just your primary drive]
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\ECCoin    (the your username is whatever the name of your account is on your computer)
and put the ECCoin.conf file there.
