Biography and Family History: The Panzarelli family has a long history of economists and pharmacists populating it, all of them consummate professionals with magical power. Using alchemy to speed up their mental faculties, the Panzarellis revolutionized medicine and outsmarted anyone who tried to get one over on them. Sanjay is a far cry from the great healers of his family's past, being the leader of a small gang of drug dealers. His gang, known as "Los Muertes Borrachos", is infamous for their drug cocktails made using the peyote cactus. This cocktail, devised by Sanjay, earned him the title of "Papa Peyote" and a fair amount of territory in Mexico City. Sanjay has no surviving family members, and does not care for love or children. This line of great doctors and alchemists will end on a sour note, thanks to Sanjay's vicious business practices.

Magecraft: Sanjay is exceptionally skilled with Material Transmutation, and he has used it to great effect in his career. Sanjay's experience with Fire gives him control over ambient heat and humidity, allowing him to boil people alive with enough time and concentration. His most useful direct spell is the Heat Wave, which launches a ball of immensely hot air at the foe, both knocking them over and scalding their flesh. Sanjay also possesses a limited version of Memory Partition that allows him to understand the chemical composition of whatever he focuses on.
Mystic Codes and Equipment: Sanjay's only equipment is a large old-fashioned medical syringe. Though it is too blunt to be useful for injection, it allows him to focus his spells significantly. This gives him the power to Transmute a person's blood.
