[Patched]Item schema exploit

This very simple exploit would allow you to get any item you could apply a tool to. Any at all.

-Open the item schema and find the item you want to get
-Add "baseitem" "1" to the item you want to get
-Save the schema to your tf/scripts/item folder
-Block media.steampowered.com using the hosts file so it can't download and replace your schema
-Go to your ingame inventory and tick show stock items, your item should now appear there
-Apply a name or description tag to the item
-Get the item
