i m using apple map
i hv a driver and there are 4-5 riders
riders location is static
and driver will move wen the journey will start
on starting the journey a notification is send to the riders that the driver has started the trip.

wen the driver is near by the rider say about 800 mts away then again a push will be send to that particular rider that driver is arriving.

using geo fencing is it possible to find that the driver has reached within this range
bcz we r creating region for rider not for the driver
