Mayor Problems

	Ok HellMOOians, Killocracy is a major component and right that we all have. The ability to fight the mayor for his/her/it's chair. My suggestion is a fairly simple one. The Mayor should be required to be in Freedom City or at least Slagtown/Gangland for a certain number of minutes or hours per week in order to ensure they are looking into the problems that plague their city. If they miss this 2-3 times they can be removed from office. This would solve the problems of faggot mayors getting their seat and then bailing into unreachable places like the ocean for months on end. This then causes stagnation in the office because nothing is being fixed in the city and stronger mayors cannot take the seat and become the mayor themselves. The idea could be fleshed out more but I think something like this is needed so faggot mayors like coulter can be killed.

TL:DR Require the Mayor to be in the city for a certain time so people can kill them or they get fired from being mayor
