1. Volcanion, Hoopa, Floette-E and everything already Ubers is banned.

2. Use the base form of a mega and give it the mega stone in the teambuilder, otherwise it'll show up as mega in game, and you will be DQ'd.

3. You may use the moves from the new learnsets.

4. No stupid shit. Taht means no mons over lvl 100, only 4 moves on a mon, etc.
