- *WORK IN PROGRESS*
- So, you want some fish do you? Well, tough luck. Make a fishing pole first, some line, a hook, and a lure.
- Got that done? Good. Now find a lake or river, or Lucy Plushie's pocket. Anything filled with water really that can hold fish.
- Set your bait (if any) on a hook and cast the line. Roll a d20. Bait adds +1 to the roll. Roll every ten minutes until you catch something or get drunk. What's that? You forgot to bring beer on a fishing trip? Well, sucks to be you then.
- 1: your pole snaps [the bonus for bait won't save you.]
- 2-5: you lose your bait
- 16+: successful.
- Fishing with a harpoon. [why must you make me write more rules, Honey Bunny?]
- 1: you lose the harpoon and rope.
- 2-5: becomes entangled or something. takes 2 extra minutes before you can cast again.
- 15+: successful
- For any method, a natural 20 allows you to have either double the size of a fish, or select your own. This decision must be made before you roll for the fish type result.
- Now, what did you catch? Roll a d6
- 1 Minnow
- 2 Perch
- 3 Pike
- 4 Trout
- 5 Salmon
- 6 Bass
- Minnows are basically useless food-wise, but can be used for a +2 for next fishing roll.
- These rules are meant to be for role play only and do not contribute to the food supply unless Rain allows it.
