<p>Shiny Azelf will fuck you up. Tyranitar is a counter to Shiny Azelf? Watch as you get paralyzed, flinched, and defeated by a genius combination of moves! Scizor will be hard-pressed to kill it, as setting up means death. Shiny Azelf will use its looks to make you set up for nothing. Shiny Azelf also carries hardcore offensive power and the ability to poop on any of your Pokemon.</p>

<p>The core of the set is Substitute + Thunder Wave, allowing you to piss off your opponent to your heart's content. Zen Headbutt packs an 18% chance to flinch the opponent after factoring accuracy and gets STAB. Headbutt can be used for a more consistent 30% flinch chance and perfect accuracy. Hidden Power Fighting allows Azelf to tick off Tyranitar in two hits after Stealth Rock damage. Flamethrower at least prevents Scizor from going very far. Headbutt can be used in the last slot for dual flinching.</p>

[Additional Comments]

<p>Rocky Helmet is an awesome item to weep Scizor with 12% or less HP as they break your Substitute if you have an urge to beat Tyranitar, but, Flamethrower and switching out are better options. Just stick with Leftovers if you're not sure about Rocky Helmet. The following EVs and nature aid Azelf by maxing out its Special Attack power and Speed. If you have no need for Hidden Power Fighting or Flamethrower, stick with 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe and a Jolly nature. Other moves like Hidden Power Ice &mdash; to dump on Gliscor, whom walls you &mdash; can be used.</p>
