if it were me i would trade the bird for a TR setter so you can have two modes. put hp ice and sleep powder on lilligant. Lele is actually a good pokemon for you bc youi can use it to switch terrains. since you cant put things to sleep on misty or electric terrain you can switch in lele and sleep powder things. i ran my lele slow so it works under TR and i can use it with after you in the sun anyway so i didnt need scarf so i suggest psychium Z. I don't see a problem with gyarados as long as you keep in mind that waterfall isnt doing much in the sun. which means a pokemon like arcanine can really tear you up. so maybe you would like a ground pokemon like chomp or mudsdale works good under TR to make up for that fire weakness instead of muk. Tapu koko also destroys your team since it can one shot pretty much everything.
