katerina would tell the players that the ritual was hecked up and they needed to pick 1 player to die for her ritual. if they did, she'd send the survivors home.

miata would tell them that if they trusted her and got katerina's book for her, she could revive the dead and free the hostages.

if players went with katerina's decision, if they killed someone, the plot would end with either the survivors going home OR a second chance to get good end

if they chose to trust miata, leviathan would openly defect from katerina's side and side with the survivors to help get the book. the players would get the book but katerina would capture leviathan.

and leviathan was basically like... miata's "sponsor." miata can do magic on her own but leviathan is the one helping and giving her that extra edge against katerina.

katerina would give the players one more chance to return the book to her and kill someone so they could go home. and the hostages would be a negotiable thing at this point.

like it wouldn't be in her original deal but the players could negotiate to free all the hostages.

and if the players chose katerina, then same thign happens. hostages are probably freed and they get to go home. the dead stay dead.

but if you trusted miata, leviathan would reveal she's actually a lot stronger than she really is. some of the moles converted to her sin and gave her extra power. bonus bc a lot of envies also died.

leviathan would show up again tho and as thanks for giving her the power she needed to fight, she'd grant miata enough power to send everyone back home/open a gate for them
