ceph servers

4 SuperMicro servers with 24 disks running 1 osd for each disk. Each server for osd has this spec:
 - 2 x E5-2620
 - 128GB RAM
 - 2xSSD in RAID-1 for journals (4GB for each OSD)
 - 4 x 1GbE in LACP
 - Linux osd01 3.13-0.bpo.1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.13.10-1~bpo70+1  (2014-04-23) x86_64 GNU/Linux
 - ceph version 0.67.10 (9d446bd416c52cd785ccf048ca67737ceafcdd7f)
 - 2 Servers in one datacenter, 2 in another datacenter
 - 1 copy of data in each datacenter
         - 10GbE link between datacenters
         - have checked disks for problems with megacli and all looks fine.
 - 3 monitors & 3 nfs servers (quorum) to serve ceph storage as NFS (one server active) to our app-servers
 - disks are encrypted
 - several ceph snapshots exists
