TomCat

I was on the server, playing as a medic in the correct Teamspeak channel, when I noticed that TikTak was in a different channel, talking to a civ, and driving that civ around in his offroad. I told TikTak that he needs to be in the correct Teamspeak channel while on duty, as stated clearly in the rules. He does not do so, so I put him on the warnings list for not following clearly stated rules. Situation - Done. Or so I thought. TikTak then asks me to talk to him in a separate channel and tells me that TomCat has removed the warning point for not being "legit" when clearly it was. I go up to talk to TomCat about it. In the video you will hear me ask TomCat "So you are giving TikTak Permission to break rules?" TomCat then replied saying, "Yes" Multiple times. On other occasions TomCat has followed EXACTLY by the book and followed EXACTLY by the rules. Why is it, that he all of a sudden he doesn't? And after a bit of talking, he then decides to ignore me. And all through it, he is saying "Dont argue with me" like he is above any sort of rule.
I am going to post my full opinion on TomCat. He is unfit to be a Supervisor. He never comes on the server, and is very rarely ever active. And when he does things like this, it gets frustrating.
