Why penetrative feeling?

Chester is having feelings that he has been penetrated anally.  Is this mind control or did something happen at night time, Chester does not know.  These feelings never use to exist before a year back and now they are happening quite frequently.  Sometimes Chester feels like just shooting his dad or giving him a good kick in the head.  LOL

Chester has noticed that he has got constipation as well.  Is this deliberate, so when Chester is raped or sexually assaulted he and other people will not be suspicious?  Is this to cover up a sexual crime and make it seem like it was constipation?  Is this an attempt to get Chester enlightened through trauma or is this about snapping Chester so that he has a sudden personality change and becomes like a obedient dog and slave?  LOL
