Joey was born in a military facility located in Bulford camp, Wiltshire England.
Joey's Father was a United Nations worker in England, Where he met Joey's mother. She worked as a cleaner in the military base where Joey's father visited alot due working.
After a while they met eachother, Joey's mother got pregnant and his father had to fly back to America.

After Joey got born, he lived in england for 15 years, where he had a good life with his mother, Joey always had the feeling that he missed something in his life.
which was his father. When Joey turned 20 his mother passed away in a car crash joey got in a difficult situation because his mother had a debt by the bank in england, so there was one option and that was going to his father in Los Santos, At a age of 20 Joey arrived there and met his father.

What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
Robbing on LS-RP is allowed if you follow these rules= When you going to rob someone you are allowed to take a maximum of 500 dollars. Both player needs to be level 3 or higher to rob or get robbed. There is no limit on robbing Weapons-drugs or Packages you can rob from someone, If you robbed someone you are NOT allowed to kill them after you robbed them, but I think you are allowed to kill him if he tries to kill you later. If you breaking these rule you'll get Ajail or Banned.
If you got scammed by a player you are allowed to robbed it back even when its over 500 dollars. If you want to rob the bank you need admin permission and there needs to be atleast 30 PD and/or SD members online, Once you robbed the bank you have to use /PM to let one of the officers know that the the alarm went off.

Raping on LS-RP is only allowed if you have permission from all involved parties
This must be out of the view of other people by not following these rule yo will be ajailed or banned, once you got permissio, player can stop the rp at any time by /pming all the players in this rp.

Scamming on LS-RP is allowed if you follow these rules, You're only allowed to take a max of 50,000 dollars, and you must be level 10 or higher, weapons and drugs are allowed, this includes loan scamming.
but houses vehichle and business are not allowed to get scammed. Scamming OOC is not allowed you'll be banned for this.




Explain some roleplaying terms, like metagaming and powergaming, and give examples to each.
Metagaming is Mixing OOC Information with IC.
For Example: giving locations over skype: You're friend is in a cop chase, and he is asking you to pick him up while giving you the location over skype.

Example 2: When seeing someone on the street In game and speaking to someone while mentioning his name that is above him. This is metagaming if you don't know someone ic'ly you won't know his name.

Powergaming is doing something Impossible in RP or forcing someone into rp and giving someone no chance to rp.
Example 1: /me hits the the pedal to the metal in the car, hitting the the police car with full speed, driving off quickly. this is power gaming because if you hit a car at full speed you'll hurt yourself badly.

Example 2: running for the cops jumping of a building thats to high to survive doing /me rolls on the ground crawling up running off, this is powergaming because you can't survive the height of the jump.
