Take downs of Pirate Bay & KAT is (InJustice) ( I will explain why below.)

Please stop Taking down "Kick Ass Torrents" and "Pirate Bay Already" Hosting a site, or service in which torrents are shared is not illegal, nor is it anymore than sharing links to copyrighted material just like "Google" "Yahoo" and any other browser or service does...

Instead what needs to happen is the companies and or people in question need to go after the people uploading the torrents illegally and distributing them illegally, (Not all content on Kat, or Piratebay") is illegal there are simi legit usage for downloading, or streaming content through a torrent...

May I also remind the DOJ, that Torrent Sties are not required to download stuff (Illegally such as music) as the RIAA Claims, I understand the copyrights claims and stuff people make, however people can still share torrents by other means, and through other apps games and services called a magnetic link which will still make accessing and downloading the pirated content in question illegal.

So my question to the DOJ, is what type of justice has America Came to, how stupid can America become before the whole country goes to shit this is Injustice... IF the DOJ, or FBI, or such wants to take down the people uploading illegal content and sharing they are more than welcome to do such but until then a site should not be punished for simply Sharing a (LINK) to illegal content, and if the DOJ is going to do such, then can we please (Punish Google) for linking to copyrighted materials, Can we shut down (TOR) and the hidden Internet all together, how about (SilkRoad) which allows people to buy Guns, Explosives, and Firearms hidden off the normal internet?

And lets talk about Intellectual Property Here? How is Downloading a torrent going to be anymore illegal, than going to YouTube, streaming a copyrighted song, and clicking the record button on my cassette player, or using (What you hear option) through my PC's sound card to record the music, or even just use a third party app to download the video from YouTube, (WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE) Piracy is piracy right???

Well whatever I consider this the "Department OF Injustice" and honestly I expect America as a country to just eventually fall over like a big huge elephant being put down, and its sad to see how stupid America is becoming Political Wise, Religion, Education, its FUCKING NUTS I watch this stuff daily and its just sad... No I don't believe in GOD, or Jesus Christ, I believe the Bible was made up as a Guide and passed down generations for people to follow it, and one of those things it talks about so much is (Greed) Greed being Money controlling everything instead of people being free, and free education, Free work, lots of Americans without Jobs because they don't have an  Education its Nuts and you see what the problem is here?  Now I am spiritual, but I think America as a great country needs to get its act together and start doing things Right as a whole, I am tired of seeing these state laws too if a "Murderer" kills another intentionally then the Same Execution Laws, and Justice laws should be the same in every state for example, same with fucking rapists and pedophiles... Im sick of seeing the so called (Injustice).... Now I hate to say it but there are other countries with a better legal system then this whole fucked up mess that the united states has become....
